Hi All

Was wondering if anyone could supply me with a bulid for a dual blade / inv scrapper.

i'm looking to solo / pve only , no pvp and if i could get some basic slotting help with it that would be great but not essential.

not sure if this is essential but my scrapper is of technology origin so i believe i'll be fighting Clockwork, Freakshow and Nemisis

I have already looked around the boards (both EU and US) but with no joy.
