I was playing my scrapper with thor today, and I noticed that her build is ancient, pre inherent fitness...

I have been gone for a bit, and I would like to know what the best options for a scrapper of this build would be, if money were no object.

I am really impressed with this option. I would be extactic if the devs would allow for character transfers accross accounts, so that I can focus on just one account now that I have enough slots for all my toons.
