Elflore

When I startup CoH it goes past the blue bar and once it hits the loading screen it looks like it's loading but once you click the screen it says "not responding" blah blah blah. What should I do?
p.s. I waited for about 10 minutes still froze
p.s.s. I have tried safe mode and....nothing
