Mission: Our mission is to have FUN playing and make it FUN for the other members of AWOL. We encourage ridiculous pointless (but often profitable) game play that promotes FUN within the SG. We give extra points to anyone who can cause a FTK because everyone is laughing too hard to fight. Don't worry we may be lunatics but we help one another to succeed. Which is reflected by the number of level 50 members we have in AWOL Elite Force.It doesnt matter what your character is in level or type. You must however a a decent repertoire of bad jokes and be familiar with proper use of "LOL, ROFL and LMAO" We encourage team play, (though not required) and we encourage friendly competition between SG members. We WILL poke you, make fun of you, dance when you die, tell you jokes,teleport you onto roof tops, (sometimes off of them, hehe, a personal favorite of ours) Why? Why not

Description: We have 3 SG chapters AWOL Next Generation (Atl group) , AWOL and AWOL Elite Force (level 40 - 50) all on Virtue Server. We also have our Villian Group L.O.W.A. (Lunatics Orchastrating Wicked Antics) also located on Virtue. We use AWOL Global chat channel to communicate across all servers, coalitions and SG's regardless of wether you are hero or villian. Allowing our members the freedom to roam while always keeping in touch with the Loonies. That way should you have a question or need some help with a mission their is always a Lunatic at hand. AWOL also Team speak server if ya think we are funny when we type you should hear us on TS!
Our Bases offer members and coalitions alike different opportunities to enhance game play. In Elites Base we have a RP setting or just a cool place to hang out. AWOL NG offers everyone the opportunity to play with the base editiing tool, just to see how creative you can get. AWOL (main base) offers a place to rez, purchase inspirations and telepads to hazard zones. We do not now nor do we have plan to create a base that will include Base Raids. AWOL is a small and dedicated community, however the commitment required for base raiding is not something we feel necessary to enjoy the game and is better handled in the much larger SG's who have the membership to defend the base on a nightly basis.However if you enjoy PvP action there are several members who enjoy facing off with/against eachother in Sirens Call, Bloody Bay and Warburg. For a full description please read our Manifesto found on our website. Some of our members are Role Players and some are not. AWOL embraces the diversity in players and creates a home where all types and styles can have fun.
