What really interested me about the financial highlights were the revenue projections. Now unless I'm reading it wrong the revenue for CoX in 2008 was 23,227m Won but the projections for 2009 fall drastically to 15,000m Won. I wonder what their analysts know that we dont.

Just been checking it out, and it looks like it's definitely tomorrow. The Investor Relations part of the NCSoft website has the '4Q FY 2008 Earnings Conference Call' event listed for tomorrow morning.

So, sudden and apparently unexpected cuts in staff, days before an earnings report released on Friday 13th. I don't think it's going out on a limb to predict that it might not be a good earnings report...

TR wasn't as well established tho. It was less than a year old.

The CoX EU fraternity is considerably wider reaching (and I believe bigger.) They have more to lose - and so does NC Soft by losing that revenue.

I still think a server merge is unlikely. However, a server TRANSFER; that's likely after all this. They really cannot run 4 EU servers with just a couple of people left in the office. People who, lets be honest here, are likely only going to have short term jobs as they wind the office down.

I've been hearing a few things of late about trouble brewing in Brighton again, namely staff shakeups, usually I don't take this type of thing seriously but this time round the sources are trustworthy....

So GR can you confirm or deny this?

And if it is true, what does it mean for us?
