i would say personality is the only one you can use, costume and name would both voliate the EULA, also, try to work up a tribute back ground for the char, rather than a carbon copy.

it's inspration you are looking for rather than the hacks way of jsut creating a "w0lv3r1n3" type char.

Hero Name: Cassandra.
Real Name: Not recorded on public record in the US, she might tell if your really nice, bit it’s not likely.
D.O.B.: 22/09/1978
Job: Runs a bar on Talos Island, as bar Manager/bouncer.
Gender: Female.
Ethnicity: Unknown.
Height: 2 Meters (6' 7")
Weight: 100 kg (220.5 lb's)
Eye colour: Very dark brown almost black.
Hair colour: White.
Description: Tall, slim but powerful build, dark skinned (the colour of a coffee with cream) European looking, with very dark eyes set in well defined features and a wide mouth. Long, waist length hair, often up in braids when in costume.

More often than not seen wearing darker colours, trousers and t-shirt combo when not on duty (with a long coat if it’s colder)

Hero Costume consists of heavy duty leather armour with a rearing lion on the back, this gold on the black of the armour, Heavily reinforced guards on the wrists/fore arm and lower leg (ankle/shin/knee)

Powers: Meta Human Strength and apparent invulnerability, thought upper limit has not been tested, Meta human endurance/stamina and vastly improved jump height and run speed.

Brief bio: any one doing a search on her on a public data base would find her mostly in Articles on the British heroes in the city, She has

garnered lots of citations for her work in the city (as have many) and seems to be a relatively dedicated Hero. A search with the British Ministry for Meta Human Affairs would find out that she had been previously in the army, then a two year Gap between leaving the army before registering with the ministry to join the contingent of heroes coming to Paragon.
