I have a Kin/Psi Def with the epic Power Boost. When I use a power boosted Siphon Speed it does seem to cause my powers to recharge at a faster rate. I will try and devise some tests and see if it is just a case of mistaken perception. Great list BTW. It really helps clarify this power's uses!
One question thoug. How does it affect placed AoE powers? Say I use a power boosted Quicksand with my Earth troller? Does the boosted -def and -speed effect only last for the duration of the power boost or does it last for the duration of the quicksand?
