Hey guys, I am a level 24 Tech Scrapper with Martial Arts and Regeneration. Am looking to respec but know nothing about what is good. Advice would be great!

Hi there im a lvl27 blaster who has a free respec and was wonderin if any1 had any advice on what to change these our my current powers and pool sets:
Fire Blast pool set:
Flares
Fire Blast
Fire Ball
Rain of fire
Fire breath
Aim
Blaze
Blazing Bolt
Fire Manipulation pool set (which i never use):
Ring of fire
combustion
Flight pool set:
Hover
Fly
Medicine:
Aid other
Aid self
resuscitate

i never use secondary power set which is a little annoying, and just wanna make a better blaster.
