DocVengeance

I've been playing off and on lately. Maybe someone can clear this up for me. If you have completed the arcs except the solo mission at the end (NPC's personal story) on several arcs (before Gabriel was added), can you just now complete the solo and get credit with Gabriel, or do you have to complete them on all arcs to "close them out" and restart? I'm kind of lost.
