Greetings all - I'm thinking of rolling a KM/Inv. I haven't played /Inv on a scrapper before, my questions:
Is is an end hog and should I look at /regen or /willpower?
Giving proper IO slotting, is it a fun set to level up with?

I'm not going to invest in a ton of purples or insanely expensive IO set's. Also I've played /WP already and it was pretty sweet. I haven't tried /regen yet either.

Really looking for survivability while leveling.
