  1. I haven't had any problems with the dissemination of xp with pacted characters but I haven't really been looking that close. My concern is with the level cap. I understand the implementation some form of restriction so that people can not easily take advantage of the leveling pact. What I do not understand is the level cap approach to the ordeal. I think the system would be better implemented if a leveling pact could only be changed or created once a month (or 3 for extra security) and the characters must be proximal to each others xp (as an example, no more then 2500 xp difference). This would allow people of any level to take advantage of the leveling pact for the sole purpose of keeping characters in "sync" with xp. Wouldn't that make more sense then a very low leve cap?
