Dark_choice

hi guys,i m making my first defender and i picked a kinetic/dark...
I was wondering about 1 thing maybe u can help me...
If i use PBU and than Blakcstar,will the secondary effect (debuff accuracy)be boosted by PBU or not? Normally is -62,5 ACC ,but if this work the debuff should be also better...
