I'm looking for an Energy/Devices Guide... any help appreciated.

I have a couple of questions... I play an EM/Regen Stalker. He's only lvl 22, but I've noticed a big problem already in PvP. Basically, it's that most people have tactics! Is there a way to get around this or to make my stalker more hidden so I can actually attack with some damage? Also, are there any good guides or build maps for an EM/Regen Stalker?
