Okay, so if suddenly we are getting our missions from the newspaper (or police scanner, or Howard Stern and Rush Limbaugh on talk radio), what happens to contacts?

This may be a dumb question that if I had played CoV beta at all would be easily answered.

I have a question regarding the construction in Steel Canyon. I keep hearing the construction workers talking about building a University there. Can you tell us:

1. When/what issue will it be completed?
2. What additional sorts of in game content can we expect from the University once completed? (i.e. task force missions, additional contacts, etc)
