Go into the underground area with all the mutated Spider people and look for scientists.
You have to kill the spider people around them before they will follow you and then you will get a little icon on where to take them. Same thing as a kidnap mission except outside.
Each Scientist should give you a code and once you do it 3 times, three different icons will appear on your map for choices of missle keys. Each one gives you a different missile that does different things
Once you've chosen one, you have a certain amount of time to take it to the "main switch" by the missle silo. This should also be marked on your map. Click the glowie and you're home free!
Use the temp power wisley, once you use it you'll have to do this all over again to get more!
