    Both my wife and I had the same issue yesterday on both of our computers. It was the same on both Protector and Exalted servers.

    The level requirements for the hazard zones are going away, period -- so you can get into the RWZ regardless of level, whether or not you're on a team. You take your chances with the mobs in the zone, though!
