Well you could try that, but you'd get no new powers and the amount of missions you'd miss out on would be equivalent to a toon in CoH refusing to leave Primal Earth.

/agree, so much for "You don't have to join Arachnos any more! You can pick Burke and be independent!" Apparently once we hit 40, we'll stop being Super-Powered Mercenaries and become Super-Powered Flunkies.

I like this idea, especially having 5th on the Moon, every game could use more references to Nazi Conspiracies
