I have both books that have been released so far. Web of Arachnos was the first, and it contains Statesman's full origin story as well as Lord Recluse's. It also has the origin of the original Freedom Phalanx. I really liked it, although it definitely had some cheesy moments.
The second book is simply named The Freedom Phalanx. It is set in the 1980's and is about the formation of the current team. It was also very interesting, with the interactions between Manticore & Protean and Synapse & Positron really taking center stage.
All in all, both books while not defining the world of CoH do elaborate on it, and are enjoyable reads.

Hey folks, this is Infinity Woman. I am currently uploading two versions of the wedding video to Rapidshare. One will be the version on Youtube, but much clearer, and one will be justthe video with no sound. I figured that way everyone can soundtrack it themselves. I honestly was limited to what was in my current music file when putting the video together. I was trying to get the video up in one hour after the event, that way, people that had been at work could still see it. The two songs were from my power pop file (I love my power pop) and they were Shine On Me from the Wondermints, and Marry Me (Live) from Jellyfish. I was trying to use something that boys wouldn't groan about being too sappy. Can't win for losing. :P
Anyway, as soon as they are uploaded I will give the link so interested parties can just download them.

Infinity wanted me to say thanks to those who have been so nice in their comments and e-mails.
I can tell you that it was a real treat seeing Infinity let her hair down for a little while. I have never seen her out of costume in the whole 4 years I have known her. Only a wedding between two of her close friends could manage such a feat it seems.
Infinity was crying during the ceremony, as it was very touching. She says she was crying just because she was so happy for them, but after seeing her talking to Statesman, it makes me wonder if she wasn't feeling the wedding bug herself. I know she has discussed her feeling for Statesman to me before, but seeing them together kind of cements it for me. The other night while at the Hall of Infinity, we were talking about the men in our lives, and she mentioned she is still stuck on Statesman. She has been worried about him since Maiden Justice passed away. He has become much colder in his demeaner. Oh well, it is understandable. I just know she worries about him a lot.

Here is my footage from the wedding of Manticore and Sister Psyche. The footage looks much better before uploading to youtube (hate them). I could e-mail copies to people who can't read the dialog. It was very touching.

The "Scoop" is really coming into it's own . It simply gets better each issue. I just wanted to say "Cheers!" to the whole staff for doing a great job. This is exactally what I was talking about in my save the Paragon Press post.

As said those pictures were not working but in the store section I saw the 3D rendered art and I am not ashamed to say I misted up. I WANT ONE! How amazing do those look?!?
I just can't believe it. How backed up are you at the moment?.. I'll send money this weekend
