Hello all! I just returned to the game after quite a long spell of absence. I had a question about the epic ATs. It says that in order to roll one I need to get a character to level 20. I have a level 42 MM and a level 35 scrapper. Do I need to start from scratch and get a fresh 20 to then make an epic AT hero/villain? Thanks for the help!
