If anyone see's far-seer (I'm sure he's the third finalist but I dont have my list with me at the moment) ingame let him know we need to know which day he can make.

I may have misunderstood the original post but I got the impression that the power sets had already been selected.

With a broadsword/regen (im assuming this is what you meant rather then katana by longsword) scrapper vs /inv chances are you can outlast them one on one and soak up enough damage to hopefully wear them down and hope for some big criticals, the worst you can hope for is a draw, the best a win.

I'd suggest you take the big 2 of Disembowel and Head Splitters and use them with build-up, and fill in the gaps in the chain with parry (since your fighting a melee toon) and hack.
I cant advise you on the regen side since I specialize in killing them rather then building em.
