Can anyone offer some insight to the build of a Dark/Rad? I will be PvPing with this character so that will factor into it. Is teleport strongly recommended because of the nature of the rez? I know I will be going Super Speed.

I've looked through the forums and the guide links don't work, and theres not many Dark/Rad topics, one offered a build but it wasn't complete and there were some things that looked suspect. Thanks for any help you can give me.
