I am not quite sure where a.) you had the impression that it was an 8 person team battle, it is 8 Teams entering not 8 players per team, b.) I stated above that this event is tonight (Friday 20th Oct) 7PM GMT/BST and the teams that make it through battle on sunday 22nd oct 7PM GMT/BST. Then the grand final is the follwing sunday 7PM GMT/BST. Hope that clears some stuff up!

Ok got it all down thanks Extremus, however so far only 4 teams are in this so it may have to be a semi final tomororrow and a final sunday if no other teams enter. I'll still accept team entries up until [u]5PM GMT/BST Friday Evening[u] if you need more time to find a team. If you cannot find a team, send me a forum PM or ingame tell and i'll see what i can set up. Bear in mind: The teams will have to be even numbers i.e. have to have 4 or 8 teams entering so the tournament will play fairly. So my apologies if your team entered does not get to fight due to the numbers of participating teams being of an odd number. Heya guys,

I just wanted to thank White Magus 4 putting this together, even though we got totally wiped we tried our best! We just gotta dust off, watch our backs and pray the monsters stay away! It was unfortunate what happened tonight, and god knows how i managed to survive the wipe at the end! I'll be there next monday to settle the score with hami again- round #3 for me, bring it on! ^^

A little word of advice, the resolution the video has been displayed on has been greatly decreased when it was uploaded to the site so some of the text is pretty unreadable. My apologies, one workaround is to click the little arrow on the bottom right hand side of the video screen and click "original size", or "double size" to read some of the text. I am a little disappointed that it didnt display how I wanted it to but still the pictures are clear so thats the main thing!

Heroes and Villains of Defiant,

After reviewing some of the rules i have decided to remove the rule of "no same AT's on your team". Point being is that to get the full 8 teams it'll be quite alot of players and to get them all having different AT's will be nearly impossible imo in the timescale i have set this for. So you may now include 2 of the same (or 3 if you prefer) Archetype player (As long as they are level 50) into your teams.

Decibellion: Clearly the team leader, Decibellion is the character who holds the team together. Without him The Paragon Defenders would clearly fall apart and become a group of dribbling morons who do nothing but stand around asking for powerlevelling. Decibellion is the only thing this team has going for them, and they know it.

Some stupid blaster idiot: Moron guy who doesn't do alot apart from die. Sometimes he pretends he's being useful, but we all know it's just a self-defence mechanism to prevent him from becoming manically depressed about how bad he is. At times he even appears happy about dying, but we all know that deep down inside he's crying.

Arch faceplant: some stupid pillock who thinks he brings stuff to the team but actually just stands around shouting "THEY'RE ATTACKING ME HELP PLEASE!!!" all the time, even when he's not being attacked. He was powerlevelled all the way to 50, so he doesn't know what any of his powers do. Sometimes he accidentally switches on Prestige Power Slide, and you can tell when that happens because he screams "THE PURPLE THING IS HAPPENING AGAIN!! ARRGHHHH!!" over teamspeak. This is because Arch faceplant is secretly afraid of the colour purple, after a terrible accident involving a man dressed entirely in purple (who will remain nameless) and far too much blackcurrant juice. Arch faceplant is completely harmless, even when cornered.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, may I proudly present the first A8PM Tournament!!

After a discussion with Mr. Apollo this evening on how to promote the current status of the A8PM (8PM PvP in the galaxy arena) events we felt that team arena brings in the crowds, so we felt a lil' tournament is in order. With enough intrest I'll set it up using the following guidelines:

1.) Teams of 3 players. You may have as many substitute players as you wish. There will be a total of 8 teams participating in the event.

2.) No same Archetype on any one team e.g. Your team cannot have two tankers or two defenders etc. (I'm still considering if i should keep this rule so feedback on this would be helpful.)

3.) You must be security level/Threat Level 50 to participate. This tournament is open to both heroes and villains.

Secondly, The times of the event I was considering to be either Friday night starting at 7PM GMT/BST starting on the 20th October or Sunday night 7pm GMT/BST starting on the 22nd October. This will run for 3 weeks. The first week= 8 teams standing, the second= 4 teams standing and the last week= The final 2 teams. The grand prize is yet undecided but i'll make sure to make it something worthwhile. I would again appreciate feedback on the above guidelines.

Once i have an appropriate date pinned down you can start organising your teams and posting them on this thread. The event's team placings [u]will be on a first come first serve basis.[u]

Heroes of Defiant,

I just wanted to thank the people yesterday who managed to finally bring me up to level 50. And a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. Its been a fun journey to the top and I look forward to starting the chain again with my pb!

Im very glad i made the decision to leave WoW and come back here, making 50 and seeing all the wonderful people on this server again has made the whole process definately worthwhile.
