The Wailer sung as he swung back at Marcus. "Eye of the tiger, it's the thrill of the fight!"

The King had just started to get up when he felt really, REALLY cold. He shivered and pointed at the Magus before trying to sing something to take his mind off the cold. "Uuuummmmm.... oh! Me on fire, me so on fire, getting hot, Hot, HOT!" The cold vanished for a few seconds as he screamed at the Magus, then leapt for its, face to tear viciously.

The Wailer Lord laughed, but only for a moment as a boom signaled the breaking of his sonic shields. The heat overwhelmed his body, and he fell. One of the Wailers attacking Marcus was killed by the plasma, leaving the other to attempt to finish the Maltan off.

The King and Queen duo still worked to wreak havoc on the Maltans but also took swipes at Rikti while the second King replaced their shields.

"RUN AWAY!!!!" the two Wailers cried in mock fear. When a safe enough distance from Marcus they pelted him with more sonic blasts, trying to knock him back.

The other Wailer impaled his other arm, forcing him to drop it.

"We can make you a deal," said the first.

"Your life, for your soul," said the second.

A Wailer's head went flying, and the other two mourned its loss with a cry that slammed Marcus into a wall, headfirst. Seeing this, they quickly got over the loss and charged him, leaping up, then crashing down, intending to impale him.

The Queen shrieked as the grenade exploded, gore spurting around the room.

The Wailer Lord was slowed, but he still moved to cut the fallen Rikti.

The King kept coming at the one he attacked, not giving up.

The three Wailers crept up behind Marcus, then proceeded to slice his back.

The remaining Queen and King made a fierce duo as they leapt around the room, knocking Maltans into walls with forceful screams and promplty running in to decapitate,

She flipped through the air, and groaned as the wind was knocked out of her. The sonic shield had kept her from being killed, but right now she couldn't breathe.

"ROCKETMAN!" screamed the Queen as she shot up into the hole. "I'm free!" she leapt back down. "Free faaaaalin'!" She had both blade-arms coming down to implae a Maltan skull.

The King rose in a spectacular display, then did the moonwalk singing "I'm aaaaaalright," before turning to launch a disorienting blast at a Rikti.

The Lord mistook the mental persuasion's meaning. When he was heard 'mass' he thought strength. Much more confident, he brought both fists down for a crushing attack.

The Wailer Lord laughed at the thought of his demonic kind losing their voices. The impossibility of the suggestion rendered it useless. A Wailer without a voice. Hah!

The Lord found the Rikti resonsible for the command and delivered a solid uppercut.

The King leapt in front of the Queen, saving her from certain Swiss-Cheese-inization. He fell, black goop seeping from his many wounds.

In rage and fury, the Queen ripped a hole in the armor wider, and sent rattling sonic blasts into the drone, shaking everything loose.

The King shrieked. The ringing ears he was immune to, but the extra eye meant he had another part of him feeling intense pain from the flash. His cry of pain grew so loud, walls shook slightly.

A Queen noticed his cries and immediately leapt to aid him, joining in slashing Marcus.

The Wailer keens echoed louder as the Flashbang stung their eyes. The bullets pinged near harmlessly off of the sonic shields around them.

Temporarily blinded, they used the sonic reverberations as a second sight. A King leapt at Marcus, and cut at him with his blade-like arms.

The Queen peering over the egde reared back and keened in pain.

The Wailers had been keeping sonic protections around each other but being so close to the blast had completetly burnt away one of the Queen's arms, and her face was peeling badly.

She screamed in rage and anguish, and the floor shook, dust from the ceiling falling onto the Rikti and Maltans below.

A King put a claw around her and sang, "Follow me, and every thing is aaaa-allll right. I'll be the one to-"

"Shut UP!" yelled, smacking him across the face.

The King was about to send her falling down the shaft when the Wailer Lord stomped the ground. The floor caved and the group fell into the midst of the Maltans and Rikti, then instantly began to assault their eardrums.

If you make a Huge character, then make him as short as possible and set the sliders all the way to the max, except the legs which are all the way down, put a suit on the character.

My character's purple suit clips VERY badly. The shoulders and arms are the most problematic places. Maybe coloring the (white?) undershirt that seems to show purple would make the issue a little less noticable at least.

Another issue is the neck chain clips with my MM's bandana on the side.

Oh, and the 'Remove SG Emblem' option seems to have disappeared. The character I saw this on is wearing on open labcoat with a bare chest.

The Wailer Lord looked down the elevator shaft. The Queens had been singing a version of "Anything You Can Do" that was more like "The Servants That Died Were Yours." It wouldnt've been so bad if they hadn't been so off pitch.

Sighing, The Lord saw the shaft was empty, no elevator to bring up. There was a door open where others had obviously entered through before.

He turned to the group. "Jump onto my back." Easily three times a King's size, all of the seven others fit easily. He fell into the shaft, using his blade-like hands to stop, then slowly descend. A Wailer sang, "Just Keep Swimming," as they went. The Wailer Lord regretted having them steal that DVD player...

A minute later they had reached the open door. The Wailers climbed out of the shaft. Others had obviously been here before.

A Queen peeked over the edge and saw the Rikti standing on the platform a few floors below.

Void shrugged. "I managed to make everyone following Big Ben an hour late," he said with a grin.

((Seneschal's have a torch and act can blow fire with it, or just smack you. There's also Illusionists who have every Illusion power except Phantasms.))

The Wailers walked through the base, keeping a careful eyes for defenses.

A hole opened in the floor, and three of the Wailers fell to the rocks and were soon crushed.

The Queens looked at each other. "Those were your servants," they said simultaneously.

((I mostly intended the Queens to be like regular minions, just called them Queens for personality's sake.))

((Yes, but the only real difference between the Kings and Queens is the Kings have a Rise power. Not to mention Wailers are limited to Sonics, and a group with high technology (aka Malta, Rikti, Sky Raiders, Arachnos) could 'tune them out' without too much difficulty. The Wailer Lord has some Super Strength to make up for the limitation. If he's a problem, lemme know. I can still edit the post.))

A shriek ripped through the forests. Passing citizens would run, fearing it was another Circle of Thorns ritual in progress.

They were not far off in guessing a magical origin, but they were most definitely wrong on their guess.

What looked like small bald chimps from behind hopped through the forest. However, on closer inspection, you would see their three eyes, and blade-like arms.

The Wailers had come to Paragon City.

They heard about the Longbow leaving their base and though the powerful ley line in such a secluded location would aid them in their quest to bring Johnny Sonata's cursed protections down so they could claim what was 'theirs.' In fact, it was so important to them, the Wailer Lord himself had come.

They reached the base, going around the Sky Raiders unintentionally. Inside the Wailer Lord looked at those he had chosen to bring. Two Wailer Kings, two Queens, and each Queen had three servants. He nodded at his choice. Small enough to not attract attention, but large enough to clean up the Longbow defenses.

A King who calls himself Danny Boy whistled at the ground, sending sonic emanations through the complex. He put his ear to the floor and listened. "There are many here... all humanoid..."

The Wailer Lord nodded, and the group walked into the base.

Void sighed and shut the laptop. "Why the threats?" he asked it. "Maybe it'll be a theft this time."

He picked it up and grabbed a bag, throwing in the couple civilain clothes he had. He walked out the door where the postman waited. He handed him the package and disappeared again.

Void headed for the airport.

Void walked in next. When he shut the door behind him, the darkness dropped. "We should've asked him to come," he mumbled before plopping down in a chair.
