I came across a mission today from Timothy Raymond(30-35 nerva) that was the Eliminate Kit'Vul one. Besides giving you the Exterminator accomplishment badge it also has Rikti Monkeys in there. After many resets I got the Zookeeper badge for killing 1000 monkeys

While trying to get the 5 hour badge in Bloody Bay I found a plaque when a tank dropped me
loc 604.5 0.0 -151.8 . This one is the last piece of the swashbuckler history badge. The others should be
