Doesn't domination give you 10kb protection? Stacked on top of the kb io's + accro, you will seldom be kb'd.

One last question M3z, I got da imps 4 slotted just like the sentinel with sovereign rights. Think I should keep em that way?

Ehh I got a couple of extra respecs, I'll just do it that way and see how it works. I can use the extra 4 slots and try to squeeze out more bonuses. He's not perma yet, I'm workin on gettin all the purple sets and acco's for him.

M3z for Fire/Elec, since voltaic sentinel is on a 1min timer, is it worth the power slot besides the set bonuses you can get? I have it currently and have it 4 slotted with sovreign rights.

When first released these IO's (except for time and space) could be slotted into Passive/Always on powers like Fitness/Swift or Fitness/Hurdle to create perma-stealth. That was long since fixed. Now these IO can only install into the appropriate travel power. If you are someone that takes multiple travel powers, you can only ever install one +stealth IO. Example: if you have Flight and Superspeed you can install either; Freebird +stealth or Celerity +stealth, NOT both. Also something to note: your inherent sprint powers can be slotted with Celerity or Unbounded Leap +Stealth.

Is this supposed to be fixed in I12 or no, I can't remember off hand. Anywho, you can still currently slot celerity and unbounded leap +stealth IO's in swift/hurdle/sprint. I just slotted one in my sprint the other day.
