((I'm sorry I don't really have a creative way to bow out, but this is moving too fast with me and my school schedual. I can barley keep up, and there are too many posts to read off of
:-/ Sorry gang, just let Blood fade off, he got lost int he sewers or soemthing, Asuki was never seen after the incident...)) -
Blood groaned, letting the rock fall on him without much worry, a large ice shell encasing his body, before moving to follow the others, sighing softly. "I hate being last... yet too... what's the modern word... lazy? Yes, I believe that's it, to make myself move so much in such a short amount of time." He chuckled to himself, before hoping down the hole, landing in the sewage, which, around him, turned instantly to ice.
Asuki's head snapped up, hearing the message, she smirks, licking her lips, and charging her hand, blowing away the rock around her. She'd been under a shelf like spot to avoid rubble. Her eyes gleamed red as she hurried out, "Mmmm mmm.... I can't wait... the very name sounds like money to me." She chuckles, "Might be etable too!" She giggled, tonguing her fang absently. -
((Jebus >.> Don't bother waiting up now...))
Asuki's body melded away, sneering as the weakling tried to deflect her blow, only to take it head-on, literally. She hadn't caught what the person before had said, wanting to get outta there before someone paid too much attention to her. She now sat, not 60meters from the group of heroes, hiding in her shadows, cursing herself for missing her prey.
As the group assembled, Blood leapt into the hole, making sure all was clear, using his vampiric vision to peer as far as he could down the cavern, "Blasted things.." He scowled, before looking up, then back into the depths of the cavern, "This HAS to lead to an Arachnos sub-base, or at least factory." He mumbled to himself, before hover up and out of the pit, joining him teamates outside, "Well, it seems all is well... for now." He said in a slightly happier voice. -
((Jebus... too much too read >.> BTW, the swarm isn't like... HUGE, just enough for every hero to have 3 to fight off if they were to have that advantage of no tanks...And for this scene, just assume Blood is destroying spiders...))
Her pale eyes scanned the scene, smirking devilishly, "My oh my..." She said, before cloaking her body, and slipping onto the scene from the hole, walking upright, weaving her way through the Tarantulas, licking her lips as she neared the fallen hero and the "healer" type girl. "Easy money..." She chuckled, pointing her hand from behind the girl, as if her arm were a sword, she lunged her piercing arm forward, intent on a quick and painful death. -
((I'd hate to slow down, this is getting good, but I think we have 1-2 people who need to post, let's give a pause for them, shall we?))
-
Blood slowly turned toward the opening from where he had arrived, and to which the singularity had gone, though, he could now hear the sound of moving parts, machiens coming. And as if from some horror movie, the hole on the far end of the base bursted with artificial life, the Tarantulas swarming the room. His eyes narrowed, and his own ice armor came over him as he lunged forward, opening his palm, summoning his mace to it. The large white orb holding weapon appeared, and just as it did, he landed, swinging his weapon forward in an arc, the arc followed by a swift cold wind, sending the machines back a good few feet to give his comrades time to adjust themselves. As the ones before him fell, other crawled over their own bretheren, not hesitating in their sacrifice.
"They might as well be cockroaches." Blood snarled, raising his hand and slamming his weapon down on one, causing it to crumble, enlarge, and explode. From where his mace lie ont he ground, he drug it into a full upper-cut, catching another and slamming it into the ceiling, crushing it entirely. Another lunged at him from behind, wrapping its legs around his body. He merely grinned and leaned forward a little, and within the next moment, an icicle rammed its way through the Tarantula, then melted away, leaving the lifeless mechanical carcass to rot on the floor. -
Blood nodded to the incoming fire weilder, smirking, "Proffessions of the opposite element." He chuckled and shook his head, his eyes catching the unease of some of the gathered members. He glanced around, again smiling toward the green-girl, "Yes, if you are here, it means you picked up the transmission, or heard word of meeting here, that or stubbled in Hell's Kitchen by sheer dumb luck." He chuckled again, the feeling of something about the happen coming over his mind...
---------------------------------
Asuki smirked, hearing the sound of machinery moving about like little robot droids from a movie... only... these were real. Down within the tunnel, came the slowly growing sound of a squad of Tarantulas, summoned by her and her "contact". She quickly dropped down, catching the wall, then dropping again, until she hit solid rock, looking down the tunnel... The thought popped into her mind, "This was planned out... am I a dummy here in all this?" She thought, seeing the familiar red light of Tarantula optics pierce the darkness, soon followed by another 8 set, and soon enough, a gleaming red glow conquered the darkness below.
And even sooner... they began rushing up and past her, toward the surface. Someone knew they wouldn't kill off these heroes with mere Tarantulas, Asuki told her very contact this fact... What was going on here? -
((Oh blast, you'll be makin' fun of us southerners now won't'cha? :P and sorry for such lateness in response to ya'll, School is crappy when you get homework and have Benchmarks...))
The hulking figure that was Blood Owmen, glanced unmovingly at the noise entrence of some unforeseen... thing. He smirked, not really worried, he had more damage taking ability than anyone in the room currently, and didn't mind getting a bruise or two, if anything he welcomed the pain. He seemed only slightly dissappointed when a fellow hero stepped in, soon followed by an alien like girl. Already, as always, he felt the need to charm, but he held back, this wasn't the medevil era, people didn't randomly dissappear and end up in a mote for years. And there would be a hell of a squad if it were a heroess at that.
The large white, machine-like man rose from his seat, walking to each of the new heroes on the scene, offering what he has found as a common western greeting of nodding, since he couldn't touch anyone without risking their health.
Speaking of health, Blood gave a small chuckle when the younger hero mentioned the trap setting, "It could be worse, little-one, it could be traps set by the enemy..." He trialed off, as if something had caught his attention, looking to a hole in the far off part of the base, the hole large enough to throw a table down into. It seemed to have been melted in someway, and if he wasn't sure it wasn't merely his paranoia getting to him, he coulda sworn it was fresh. He blew it off though, and gave a cheery smile to the current group... forgetting the fact that none of them could see him smiling or any facial expression at all...
---------------------
The soft panting of a girl could be heard as Asuki sat in the fresh hole, her darkness shading her body, He had looked RIGHT at her! She thought, gulping as quietly as she could, though, to her it sounded like she had just set off the entire room with an echo. Having vampiric hearing sucked at some points. Her back against the rounded wall of the hole, she raised up a little, tilting her head back, her cold white eyes peering over the ledge into the room, 1, 2, 3, 4... 5! She gave a groan of dissappointment, she had hoped only to face off against one of those weaker summoner types.
Her tied back pony-tail sat between her and the wall. She'll just follow them, tip off a few Arachnos in exchange for some money... She hadn't slept on a bed in ages. Her head recoiled back into the hole, her legs bending slightly so as to not fall into it's depths... probably some Hydra or something at the bottom. -
He smirks, nodding softly once, keeping from shaking the hand by moving his Queen-Side Knight up once. "Indeed, the things people can catch with ears strong enough to hear the length of a... oh damn, you upper-worlders call it... football field, yes." He chuckles softly. "And the name I've been dubed it Blood Owmen, a pleasure. I'm keeping my distance for an obvious reason." He says, holding his piece still, to look down would to lay eyes on a now frozen Knight-piece, ice sticking it to the board.
"My very body is negative fifty degrees ferinheight..." He explains, pulling his hand away. "It's hard to let go once my hand is shaken." He chuckles again, "The last person to do so had to have their skin sewn back on, it was a messy sight..." He sighs and looks about, from his entrence, to the one of Tech, "Seems a small group of us have gotten the message, or at least responded..." -
((Will see ya here Bud! :P Gonna give any others another day, maybe two, before continuing on.))
-
There would be a swift, air cutting sound within the base, as well as a quick drop in tempature. This soon followed by the sound of wings flapping, and the large hulking figure of what looked like a robot landing from an opening within the roof of the base. As he stood, the ice began to fall from his body, falling in chunks to the ground, shattering. Though his eyes cannot be seen, it is obvious that the Proffessor is his first sight as he stares in his direction, the guard over his eyes giving a "screened" view of the area.
The screen within the guard pulls up basic hero identification for him, he quickly dismisses it. His eyes then turn to the board before this Proffessor IQ, and a smirk sneaks over his hidden lips, "A game of old." He mutters, walking toward the seat across from it, "Are you experienced?" He askes, taking a gentle sit, so as to not break what was lef tof the metal chair. -
((Malta and no Ice Tank? I can't stand it... I used to Herd Malta with my Tank, I can't put Blood in here :P Blood Owmen. Strong, easily annoyed(thinkin a counter of your character there Nid), though thoughtful and not very outspoken. He weilds his shape-shifting mace along with him. The ice of the netherworld enshroud his body, making him slick as the very element. He is seen as evil by first glance, with the fangs, the pale skin, and the need of blood, but tends to keep himself in check by draining his opponents. He enjoys a good fight, and loves to hurt Malta with a passion. And yes, he enjoys the upper-world technology... they cause great pain...))Here's for a visual... http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l8...7-18-15-42.jpg ))
((And for villain... I put up my very own, Asuki, netherworld demon possessing a mortal, DA/DM Stalker, smug, but quiet, and quite evil... loves hitting when you're nto expecting it...)) -
(Doesn't killing at random draw attention... Yeah, what I did was kinda just going along with what everyone put, we're all used to kicking butt and what not, not the stealth kill, some of us like to be tankers (I am BloodServant and I am a tankaholic) We'll just be more.... stalkerish next time, mmmkay? and maybe we can all be here... cause having 10 days absence isn't very good, not saying it's anyones fault, just saying it's not good, whether you can prevent it or not ^_^
And Void, you gave me two options, I chose the one that made it to where you DID NOT kill anyone, you really could have been outside the room guarding and being a watch out for anyone, maybe knock them out so Alex had time to inject or seduce the Target into drinking the poison. Just options, no hard feelings? *put blame sticker on Void's back*) -
She rose, her eyes glowing blue, another shell coming at them. Ice rose and snatched the shell, taking it and throwing it back at the tank. At the same instant, ice came from the ground around the tank, piercing through the armor like a knife throguh paper.
She lifted the tank up and started to compress it, "I had my hair just the way I liked it... scum..." She said, continuging to crush the vehicle. -
Alex giggled, creating a sheild of ice in front fo Ryan so the agen guy hit it, "Silly mortals, make me laugh all the time!"
"Ryan, get rid of the thingy pouring out gas... hurry up before I have to carry you out..." She giggled again. -
Alex sighed and make the liquid of the poison into ice, she pushed the target down without even looking at him, the ice slipping into his gaping mouth, melting there, poison filling his throat as he was forced to swallow it.
"There, happy?" She said, huffing another sigh. -
Alex sighed, looking forward in inamusment as the boys had their fun. She crossed her legs and put her elbow on one, setting her face in her hand.
"Guys will be guys..." She muttered. The target, she guessed, was too scared to even really do anything. -
'Dang it Void, you ahd to be found...'
"Sir! Is that one of your elite body guards?" She asked, acting impressed, well no need for acting. -
Wow, tlaka obut "sleepers" Thanks Silent! I'd thought you'd stopped and just dissappeared
-
(Ack, wait Void! Edit it just a moment, we need to keep a low aggro level here! I messed up last time, but lets try and not have to restart again, please.)
Alex clung to the target, "Sir, you wouldn't leave me here all by myself, would you?" She said, using her influence upon his mind. She couldn't do this too ofter or the target would sense something odd. She hated this, but she leaned up and lightly put her lips to his lower jaw, she hated sweat. -
She leaned on him, not wanting to hug him, looking fearful though, "Sir, what's going on... please tell me..." Her voice innocent and scared as she leaned herself on him.
-
(But we are still new to this type of work, at least with this team everyone is new, everyone has different ways of assassination, if we move quickly, no time for code resetting, if it comes to that)
Alex didn't reply, no way of raplying without alerting the agent... -
Alex was a little uneasy with the agent at the door. She continued her role, acting shy to the target's touch as he patted her.
'@#$% go already, stupid mortals, too curious...' she thought, trying to keep a childish innocent face, this wasn't going to end well... -
(we had to back track since I killed the UN guy too soon -_-)
-
(Coulda just had me edit the post, hmm, oh well...)
She followed the target up the stairs and to his room, vial in pocket, backup in the ball room. She sat on the bed.
