Just tried to "make" Nocti on defiant but name and varients all taken, so i'll stick with Chaos Nocti .
Im going for dark purple as it fits the DM set nicely, but still keeping the Justice armor theme.

Hmmm , looks cool but i see your point, its alot of black for a "Hero" team along the lines of Fantastic 4 ect.
Will try a brighter look once the server comes back on.

Costume and Origin i would say `easier` to keep the same, whereas the name "Eternal" could prove a prob. As Eternal Light and Dark are Opposites.
I think individual names would look better, but, on the other hand, if people like that idea, heres a few other `Eternal's`

Thinking about it, wouldn't it be a better idea if the Scrappers powers were more "super" than just finger razors.

I.e. DM/Regen or Spines/Regen?

Biography:
In 2005 abord the I.S.S, as part of ongoing reasearch of births in Zero G conditions, a set of twins were born to Dr.Rose Zaria. One was recorded as being "in perfect condition" the other as "giving abnormal readings".

A passing meteor shower damaged the power systems and put the whole Space Station on Emergency Back-Up generators, so for the saftey of the newborns it was decided they should Portal back to Earth, however, due to malfunctioning computers caused by the meteors the destination target became mixed with another Portal at Portal Corp, the Twins and their Mother entered the Portal, but never arrived at their destination.

And at that exact same moment, a 23yr old woman enroled in S.E.R.A.P.H. at Atlas Park, claiming to be Elizabeth Zaria, daughter of Dr. Rose Zaria. The Portal had sent them to Paragon City in 1982!

It is believed that her Twin sister, Orchid, (named due to a flower like birthmark on her head) blames Elizabeth for their mothers death.
It was the day they both found out about their past and the powers they had obtained. Their mother had been hospitalised (found to be cancer), so she decided to tell her girls everything. Once Elizabeth heard she was nothing more than an experiment, she became angry and grabbed her mothers hand, then all the monitors, and equipment started beeping and sounding alarms.
Orchid screamed and lashed out at Elizabeth, and an epic fight ensued. As the hospital was evacuated, all people could see was "Ice and Plantlife" coming out from the inside. When this fight seemed to have stopped, the rescue services went in to find both girls had dissapeared, leaving the hospital in ruins.

Slotted 2 acc/1 hold, used at the start of a fight on a boss I can hold a boss from range with that combined with Freeze Ray, and then keep them held with a combination of Freeze Ray and Freezing Touch both of which I have more heavily slotted. I prefer to hold a boss from range initially rather than having to close to land my second hold where possible, so I rate is as worth it just for how simple it makes dealing with higher level bosses.

I wouldn't invest many slots in it because of the animatino time and certainly wouldn't consider it worth slotting for damage, but still like the power.

Totally right about not slotting for damage, but 2 Acc's and 3 Hold SO's, and you have a very handy Boss/Elite Boss opener. Only AV's will not get held, just slowed, but it's still a handy power to have.

Yeah, weekends still a very good time for me too, until Feb 07 at latest, should also be able to get on some late nights too, (as school term ends Wed) so no more up early for two weeks-ish

Been in talks with other SGs and we're considering on organising an event in Recluse Victory. Unfortunately its for lvl40+ heroes, but I'm sure we may organising something else also.
