Psi/dev works well in pvp... webnades drop flyers or trap target in a hole, targeting drone help with tohit buff alot and increases ur perception slot it with percep iOs for stalker, stealths already in ur secondary so u can pick up the leadership pool assualt/ tactics or manuevers/ tactics. no build up in devices but with iOs and procs u wont miss it. if u build it go for recharge max hp and recovery. u will do fine in pvp

ok if any out there dont mind am looking to make a psi/devs for pvp dont really know what route to take with enhancing with iOs been away from game for awhile so kinda lost here, thing i tried to boost was dmg for the lack of build recharge to spam and end recov, and i was told KB protect aany ideas
