Blade Racer

Sitting in a dark corner of the bar, the vampire Lucard Vas Normak watched Leon enter and move to the bar, keeping his face pointed down and hidden, he still kept his eyes fixed on Leon behind his red tinted glasses. His red hat was on the table and his long hair flowed over his shoulders as he sipped his red wine. His normally red and purple jacket had been changed for a dark blue and green one so as to remain hidden in this place of monsters and hidden beings. Lucard smiled to himself, things were turning out quite nicely.

Parasite Knight walked out the door, nodding to a man he didnt even recognise who was coming in, almost stunned by how emerald had reacted, choosing the rediculous looking gutter dweller over someone he thought she regarded as a friend. Leaping onto a building, Parasite's confussion turned to rage, and in a fury he set off, heading for a group of thugs trying to break into a nearby building.

Coming in through the door, Silvas walked calmly past the skull walking out, surprised that there was no fear in the names face. Putting it down to a lack of recognition, Silvas walked up to the bar, his trenchcoat trailing just above the floor. He reached over the bar and pulled up a bottle full of black Liquid, giving the bartender a look which said plainly dont even think about it. Uncorking the bottle, the fumes from which made the ceiling bubble, he took a quick swig from it, looking around to see who was there.
Recognising Emerald, he smiled to himself, thinking it best not to interupt her drink with the man next to her.

Sighing, Parasite Knight picked up his drink. "sorry Em, didnt mean to disturb you". He moved away, giving one glance over his shoulder at Emerald and Big Game, a twing of jealousy rising in his heart.
His body shrunk and the Parasite receeded to reveal a topless man with motorcycle trousers on and a black skull painted over his face and chest, a blonde short mohawk rising from his head

Parasite looked at the disguised Big Game, then turned to Emerald. "hey Em, this guy bothering you?". He looked up at Big Game, his muscles begining to grom in size as the Parasite amplified its hosts muscle mass and strength.

Parasite Knight, a being covered from head to toe in a bioorganic material with red tendrils moving over his body, walked up to the bar on the other side of Emerald, giving her a "hey there" before turning to the bar and ordering a blood beer.
Putting a tendril into the drink and slowly draining it, he sat on the stool and waited for her

Somewhere between Paragon City and the Ilses

Commander Ionic walked out of the showers and picked up his towel. Drying himself he looked around the empty changing room and smiled to himself. The drills have those grunts and other commanders running around like a bunch of headless chickens. Good thing i know my squad is perfectly caperble eh? hehe.
Walking towards the door, metal flowed over his body, covering him in a layer of shinning metal. As he walked out and down a corridor, he smiled again. A troop of grunts moved passed him and saluted, their armour shinning in the lights. coming to a steel bulkhead, Ionic opened it with a flick of his wrist and went inside. Here his men were waitng patiently. Each one had gone through what Ionic had gone through, and had earned their code names as he had. Now they would be unleashed upon their enemies, even if the enemy wouldnt know it till it was too late.

A movement behind the Countess signalled the arrival of Parasite Knight, who kneeled behind his mistress. "Mistress, I have swept the city, i cannot locate any intruders, however I can sence that the presence which allowed the intruders to escape was magical in origin and powerful. We were unaware of such a strong presence with the Nighthunters and for this lacking in intelligence you have my apologises".

Sword Runner appared in a flash as his teleport system began its cool off, and he saluted the Countess sharply. "report that Arachnos has no record of detaining prisoners and has no record of using tleport systems to transport heroes. Hacking Arachnos data feeds lead to dead ends, either they arent using computers as much or they really had nothing to do with the escaping prisoners. Also it seems Arachnos became engaged in an unusual number of fights across the isles at the time of the battle".

Beneath Talos Island, an Underground Bunker

"what has happened?" Rack Up asked the computer "and how did i get here?". Micheal was very purplexed, the last thing he remembered was falling from the mecha.
"One of our leading agents carried you here to be looked after by the Doctor. While you have been sleeping, Blade Balfear or Blade Racer got married and his wife and some of his friends and family where kidnapped. Launching a rescue operation, your Nighthunters have invaded Castle Bathory and caused havoc among the Isles officials. The aftermath is displayed on the news, but we have been monitoring the situation for evidence of someone else. The evidence we seek is now in the screen in front of you." Replied the Computer. A number of drones entered the room carrying Clothing for Micheal and layed them on the bed.
Getting dressed, Micheal asked "And who are you?". The answered confused him even more. "We are EVA".

An underground bunker beneath Talos Island

Micheal awoke with a start. His muscled screqamed at him as he got up but ignored the pain and walked to a nearby computer console, dragging the bedsheet he was wrapped in so as to keep himself decent should anyone find him. The console showed the Cap Au Diable news crew outside Castle Bathory. The screen was fixed so that it was looking at the sky just beyond the reporter's head. Showing almost out of sight was a small ball with what looked like a T eched into its under side. "good morning Micheal, its been a while" said a voice from the speekers on the computer "admiring your friends handy work i see".

The golden glow faded from Silvas's eyes and he let go of Suraya, letting Blade take hold of his wife and pull her out of the flier, drawing her spectrals with her. Blade and Suraya dropped away from the flier and Blade unlocked his helmet, letting it close into his suit so he could kiss his wife, their decent slowing until they came to a complete stop in midair, Blade holding his wife close to him.

Back up in the flier Silvas called out "right everyone who cant fly grab someone who can, get ready to jump out when Pious gives the signal. I must return to the Ilses to make sure things are cleared up, Thank you for your help, i really do appreciate it, I will see you soon". And with that Silvas jumped from the flier and began heading in the direction of the Isles.

From Silvas's body, Blade spoke to Suraya. "Its me hun, i'll be with you shortly dont worry. Your safe now, Pious is with you, and the others. Trust me" He smiled through Silvas' face at Suraya

Not far behind the flier, Blade's corrander suit, with his unconcious body inside it, had tracked the Nighthunters amulets to this flier. As the suit began to draw level the emergency escape hatch opened and an Arachnos agent fell out. Following Protocol, the suit dove and caught the agent by his leg, carrying him easily back up to the closed hatch which the suit began to bang on.

Back inside, Blade said "Its me Pious, open up".

Silvas took off his helmet and gripped Suraya's arms tight, holding her still. His eyes glowed golden and Blade's voice spoke from Silvas's lips. "Calm down Hun, its alright, its us, friends, your safe Suraya, she cant hurt you now".
Laya watched and hugged her daughter tight, shielding her from harm as the spectral entities began attacking.

Rising up from the roof, Parasite Knight dropped to the ground and walked in the front door, ignoring the gaurds and heading straight for Bathory's sanctum. "Mistress, the Nighthunters are in full retreat, forgive my lateness, i did all i could to turn the tide of battle".

Blood stirred slowly from the wreckage of the stairwell which had collapsed under his and Silvas' collision. Getting up slowly, he began to pull pieces of bloodied wood and stone from his body, the wounds healing quickly. one finished, Blood began padding up to the upper levels, seeking his mistress.

Blade looked between the forces opposing the Nighthunters and realised they could not win against such forces. "Molacki, grab Yarg and Imp and get out of here! we'll cover you as long as we can, meet you at the usual place!".

Molacki did as Blade commanded, grabbing the two men and jumping off into the city, followed by his zombies. Blade dive bombed towards Leeches remaining forces and the arachnos troops, before rising again and signalling the retreat, his anger qulled by the sorrow of having to retreat.

Blade began to send a message over the Nighthunter's amulet "Pious, if you can hear me hurry and get out of there, Arachnos has turned up so im forced to retreat. Unless you give the order for the Silvatian Army to launch their attack. Please respond or i will be forced to leave".

Inside the castle, Silvas rose from the stair case and put a hand on Leon's shoulder. "we cant help them, a battle know would only hurt matters, we need to leave but you have made an ally of both the nighthunters and the Silvatian empire" Silvas whispered to Leon.

Lucard raised his reloaded guns and prepared to fire when the defeaning wail came acroos him, he looked more confused than in pain, grimmacing before disappearing into the wall to find the source fo the noise.

Behind him Blood howled in pain as the noise hit him. Deafened and incapacitated, He was unable to stop Silvas running off, protected by his helmet Silvas could hear the wail but took no notice, hurrying after the nighthunters.

Outside Blade and the wolfhunters were hit by the wail. Yarg and Imp went down, but Molacki remained upright, his ears decayed long ago and he continued to fiht against the infected, protecting his friends from the infected by forming his zombies into a protective circle around them. Blade's helmet protected him like his father, and continued to swoop in and out of the battle, using his flight to give the Wolf Hunters an advantage and draw some of the fire.

Parasite Knight fell to the floor as the wail hit him, the Parasite screaming in pain as sound washed over his body. He continued to watch but was now unable to help anymore, the roof of the castle shaking with the vibrations from the noise.

Laya's armour also protected her from the wail, but Mary screamed in pain and clamped her hands to her ears. Laya tried to speak but her voice was drowned out by shannon's scream.

As Moril moved closer to Sword, Sword teleported behind Moril and gripped the Katana. Moril struggled to get Sword to let go, and got punch away by Sword, leaving the Katana in Sword's hands. Sword brought the Katana down on the injurd elf, Moril moving away just in time to avoid death, but grimmaced in pain as his arm was cut off by his own sword. Sword looked up, hearing the progress of the Nighthunters team, Sword faded into the shadows, his cloaking field allowing him to escape, leaving Moril's bloodied Katana behind, stuck into the stone floor.

Lucard smirks, removing hisown set of glasses and placing the min a pocket of his jacket. "my my, how foolish the new breed are. The empire does not rule boy, we guide. nine hundred years is nothing, I am more than two thousand, and we are not inbred unlike some i would point out. You place us in a group that you seem to believe only you do not fit in, if that is the case then i must teach you to respect your betters" Lucard replied to Leon. With that, Lucard pulled his two pistols and unloaded the clips in them at Leon.

Lucard stepped out from a wall behind the hunters. "ahhh, so this is where you went Vampire. Ive been looking for you, perhaps you would like to join the vampiric empire? I can hep you, guide you along the true path of a vampire. What do you say?". As he speaks Lucard places a hand on one of his pistols. "or do we have to dual before you listen?". Lucard turns his gaze towards the Nighthunters, "get out of here, these are dealings between vampires, and i have no futher use for you here".

Blade smirked inside his helmet. "and thats that for you Elizabeth. come out of your castle and surrender now. Make this easier on yourself." Blade looked towards the incoming Arachnos Fliers, lifting his sword ready for a fight. "Last Chance Elizabeth, will you end this peacefully?".

Parasite Knight watched the scene from the roof of a building, keeping out of the way. The castles walls were still holding together, and the arrival of Arachnos all but settled the matter. Still it would be a shame not to make a move here, and the Parasite jumped onto the castle roof. He looked down and began his spreading his healing powers around, supporting the Court's troops.

Inside the castle, Silvas began tending to Misty, carrying her with one arm while leaning against the wall with the other. As the group headed towards the stairs, a howl sounded above them and Laya went white. "....Alex..." she said quietly. "He's here" replied her father.
A Bat like creature hurtled down the stairs and stood infront of them "The mistress wouldnt like you leaving would she now, i will have to stop you." With that he shot into Silvas, knocking him back and landing ontop of him.
"i'll handle him, get out of here!" called Silvas, holding Alex in a tight grip and the Balfear's rained massively powerful blows on each other.

Back upstairs, the fight between Moril and Sword had come to a stand still. Their blades interlocked, Sword struggled to pull away. His shields had become almost vanished under the blows Moril had managed to rain on it. In one quick movement, Sword spun his legs, kicking Moril's legs from under him. As moril dropped to the floor, Sword brought his swords down on Moril's Katana, his own swords shattering with the force.
Sword backed away slowly as Moril got back up. Moril moved towards Sword slowly, his katana raised infront of him.

Outside the castle, the three unidentified figures began to fight back against the ten infected leeches had ordered. The dark skinned man's magic aura faded and his true form stood exposed in blacke and white robes similar to the Nighthunter's armour, but with a hood and cloak covering him aswell. The man, Molacki looked up, his skeleton head focusing on his attackers as he cmmanded his seven commander zombies to attack, making it an even match up. The hooded Man with a demonic face, Yarg, charged at one of the infected drones, slicing towards him with his two blades. Next to him the armoured figure of Imp began to fire his rifle, and the battle was joined. The Wolf Hunters against Leeches Infected soldiers.

Inside Silvas watched Sabrina run off but made no move to follow her, instead he lowered his head and said a short pray for her and her son before begining to unlock the cages. Laya Ran to her daughter and picked her up, carrying her she went back to Damsel and put an darm under her. Silvas helped Suraya to her feet saying in a calming voice "Blade is outside, He's drawing the fire, we need to hurry and get you all out of here". With that the group began to walk to the door and the nighthunter strike team. "where are the Hyena's? arent they supposed to be here?" Laya said moving towards the door.

In an instant Silvas and Laya appeared, Silvas rushing to Sabrina to put out the flames and heal her burnt flesh, Laya moving between Damsel and Erez, taking a battle stance and preparing her body for battle. "you wont harm another person, Im taking my daughter and all the people your witch mistress took, understand?" said Laya.

Blade saw the mirror with Elizabeth in it and floated down infront of it. "Pious isnt leading this assult Bathory, i am. and i didnt bring the fire power for you, i brought it for your finaciers, that council or whatever i assume you have? What do you want in return for the kid and your hostages? for the troops to back off?".

In the dungeon, Silvas watched the door become blocked and looked to Damsel. Silvas sent Damsel a mental message saying "two of us are in the room, if you choose to fight we will aid you, if you choose to leave one behind then leave Mary, we will get her out ourselves, the choice is yours but make it quickly please, we dont have much time".

Sword blocks the attack and the following three attempts by Moril to cut him up before responding with a set of his own strikes, pushing Moril back with each blow. Sword's skill easily matchs Moril, but he can not break Moril's defence.. They continuously take it in turns to strike at each others defences, while the castle rumbles from the battle outside.

Sword laughed through his helmet, "oh i see, you've come here to try to save those poor fools in the dungeons? let me guess, your the angel lover yes? must say she was a lot of fun before the end...good set of lungs on her". With that he charged, bring his sword around in a curving arc, bringing a second sword down towards Morl's head.
