Bismark

Two characters looking for a supergroup. They are somewhat modeled on a pulp-era style, a well dressed aristocratic controller and his noble yet savage partner, found in the deepest jungle, but given an Oxford education. Old fashioned and unfailingly polite. Are there any groups out there that suit this? I tried looking, but 40 pages is a lot.
