How do I post a data chunk exactly? The only option I see is for the link

Comments welcome. Basically took BrandX's Scrapper build and tweaked it some. Purples can be easily replaced with non-purples. I do not think I will be able to hit soft cap with this build maybe someone else has some input.

I do not think I need much +recov because I have a cardiac Alpha slot and that seems to help my end control greatly. You seemed to have put the most expensive IOs in random areas for no reason. You can easily make a DB/WP build costing 10% or less of your current proposed build and have it be far more survivable with more HP, regen, defense, and recharge; all without having to buy a single pvp IO. Please answer the question in red and i can offer a better critique of the build.
