    Faction: Villainous – unless you have a “Harder Edged” Hero. It’s suitable for both.

    Difficulty Level: Medium to Hard
    Synopsis: Effigy was ambushed and killed, drained of her blood and cremated. Her spirit could not leave this world until she found why they killed her. Now bound to this world, its up to you to release her the only way you know how -- your way.

    This is a story that I wanted to give to City of Heroes for the number of years I've played here. I hope everyone enjoys the story. The custom group -- The Shadow Fugue -- is actually taken from a short story I wrote outside of City of Heroes for some friends a few years ago. I hope you enjoy the story, and make it popular!
