Probably not for some time yet. They still need to test a
lot of things (the new TF being one), and there are plenty of bugs to work out.
While they've released buggy issues before, I think this can be safely said to be "game-breaking".

That is what I find annoying is the fact that they talk about Issue #5 all over the website as of 3 weeks ago, than about a week ago they add advertisement for it to the Launcher with "Coming Soon"... That to me was just sort of a slapin the face cause it's still not 'Live". I have played many an MMO and found that this is usually a "ploy" to just keep people around and keep peoples hopes up that something cool is coming and is in the works to be out soon. It's pretty frustrating and rather dishonest in my opinion when it'd be just as easy for them to say. "Well, looks like we should have things pretty well ironed out around the 1st week of September" or heck why not just leave the *Bleep!* ads for Issue #5 on the website rather than on the launcher until it's actually going to be "coming soon" rather than WEEKS away?
I am on my first character with CoV pretty much. Lvl 16 so it's not like i've been waiting for months as a lvl 50 a couple times over waiting for something new to just keep logging on to see that it's not patching yet. I just know that it's got to be frustrating for those that are wanting this new issue and having to keep waiting until who knows when. Oh yeah, I know who knows, or has SOME idea. The devs but they aren't sayinhg Eh?
Seems to be rather cruel to move ads to the launcher and still just put coming soon...people say that ALOT and the word soon can mean different things depending on your point of view. Gamer vs Developer.
Anyway, I am really enjoying the game and all the differences there are to all the other MMO's i've played. I just hope the way they "advertise" the new content and drag it out for long periods of time isn't "normal" I don't know how it worked when they came out with the previous issues.
I like the names they give the patches/updates. hehe Issues is just cool
