Player Auction and Raffle

We've amassed some amazing experiences and players for you to bid on this Saturday! No matter your faction, no matter your skill level, these prizes will be well worth the inf bid!
First, I will list our bidees. At the end of this message, please find the official guidelines for this event and the associated raffle! An asterisk indicates this bidee will also have an associated raffle so that less wealthy players will have a shot at the experience!
The following people have agreed to be auctioned off during the Triumph character auction.

Snappin_Turtle - "Buy Me for PvP" *
Vego has been playing since October 2004 and started doing PvP since it started in both zone and arena. He's PvP'd on every character he's created and has played every set offered so far so he could learn how each powerset functions in PvP. He entered and won two 2v2 tournaments worth 200 mil each without losing a single match. During his years of playing, he has always been able to adapt to changes to stay current with the way PvP would function each time. He enjoys PvP enough that he will level and IO any new AT that would seem fun to play and in doing so has learned new tactics for fighting opponents from various ATs as well as an extensive knowledge how to slot enhancements for PvP. He can mentor you into becoming a more successful PvPer on any type of toon you want to use. He'd also like to note that he's beaten Dawun many times.
MagentaBolt "Task Force Teacher"
Not only will you be getting a purple haired vixen with a sarcastic wit, you'll also get yourself one smart cookie. Being in the game for 3 years, almost exclusively on the heroside, she can help provide you with all the knowledge you could hope to gain on a Task Force. Upon winning bid you will be in possession of her for a day of your choosing to run a TF of your choosing. Not only will she keep you up and informed on story within the Task Force, as well as missions and neat badges you could earn on said TF, she'll also stock this TF full of fun people to run it with. Feel free to bring any and all of your friends along as well, and she can fill up the rest. Hope you're ready for a day full of bad puns, tons of information, a few badges, and lots of fun! Moderator 8, also known as The Ocho, has agreed to join his winning bidder on the Task or Strike Force of their choosing. You'll be the envy of the entire server when they find out you've teamed with a red name! Please note: you will be responsible for working out a suitable time with Moderator 8.
Rhynwa - Jello Wrestling Instructor * * *
Rhynwa, despite being a dark/dark defender, is quite the opposite of 'emo'. She is happy, chatty and upbeat about the whole game! She has been in the game for 3.5+ years, evenly mixed between the good guys and the bad guys. She led the second successful post-I9 Hamidon raid on Triumph (heroside), and led the first attempt and the first successful run at villainside Hami. She regularly co-lead raids with the Hamidon Kill Squad. Upon winning this bid you will be in possession of her for: 1 day of tactical discussion, funny anecdotes (including why Triumph is the pantless server), EoE farming and a tour of both the Hive (heroside) and the Abyss (villainside). Further, for the next planned Hami raid (hero or villain - your choice), she will be pleased to have you join my team (and maybe, just maybe, we can decide together what theme we will use...). Hope your ready for a day full of stories, tons of information, a few badges, and lots of fun! And then... Jello Shooters! Dancing in the goo is the way to go!
BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have a level 45+ toon to enter the Hive and the Abyss. Rhynwa will be happy to do a day of education and later, a day of tour and raid if you only have toons in the 40+ range, but please keep this in mind before bidding. She cannot change the rules of the game, no matter how cool she is

A bid for Senith is a bid for a villain that's been around the Rogue Isles since CoV beta and a total time in the City of Heroes universe of almost 5 years. Senith is more than willing to help you with any and all of your Strike Force needs. Feel free to grab as many friends as you want and he'll flush out the rest of the group for a wild, and wicked run. Whether your goal is xp, merits, or a deeper understanding of the Rogue Isles' toughest challenges, he's your guy. His services will be available at a mutually agreed upon time.
Firi - Master STF Guide
Always wanted to earn the coveted Master of Statesman's Taskforce? Never could find the right team to do it with? Firi and his friends in Paragon Elite will take you along for a Master run of the STF. While we cannot guarantee the badge, your probability is high in getting it with these veteran players!
Azrial Base Foreman *
Azrial will guide you through the basics of base building, including stacking techniques, base layout, and fun tips and tricks to make your SG base look amazing! He will also provide you with any answer you need in regards to supergroup badges, earning prestige, and crafting base items.
Tiny_H Blueside Badge Master *
You are bidding on 2 hours of badge hunting time. Tiny H can take you on a tour of Paragon to collect all exploration and history badges. Hunt for kill badges and accolades. Launch a Warburg Rocket, or a quick Shivan run. Can even work on those pesky O Portal badges. Winning bidder will pretty much get their choice. Tiny's pretty flexible with their schedule and will work out times with winning bidder. We can do the 2 hours at once or split it up.
Dawun - PvP Master *
He's been playing this game since the beginning. He's been on Triumph almost exclusively, conquered all the pve content, and he's been pvping since day it was added to the game. He's currently a member of the #1 PvP group in this game (The Renegades) and can answer almost any question or mentor you on anything related to pvp
Agent Xian Giant Monster Slayer *
Need those monsters on redside? Agent Xian will help you score the badge for Deathsurge or Caleb at a mutually agreed upon time.

As Bidders you agree that you have that kind of influence/infamy available to you, and are willing to play the game with the person that you are bidding on.
The minimum bid for any character will be 100,000 influence/infamy.
The hours of play and what will be played will be at the sole discretion of the biddee and bidder. If a bidder wins the chance to play with a member of the opposite faction, it is the bidder's responsibility to make sure they have a character high enough to get into and participate in co-op zone story arcs.
*REFUNDS* The auction committee is merely running this event and will not be held responsible for any other players' actions. If there is some kind of disagreement or impasse that is met after the money has changed hands and the bidder requests his/her money back, then it is the biddee's responsibility to pay back the amount that s/he was paid (the 10% of the winning bid) to the bidder. The remaining 90% is non-refundable.
*Jackpot/Door Prizes*
Any influence/infamy used in bidding will be given to a auction official for holding. At the end of the auction, the amount that has been generated (minus bidee commissions) will be separated into 3 different pots. There will be separate jackpots for both heroes and villains. Not only will the money be raffled off, but many other prizes.
All participants buying into the raffle will be assigned a number when they enter the contest with one of our designated officials. There will be no additional numbers assigned out 10 minutes after the start of the event. We will be in pocket D an hour before to start handing out numbers.
Associated raffles will be held seperately. For each bidee that has an associated raffle, entry into the raffle will commence AFTER the bidee's auction. The raffle will be held at the end of the auction at at the committee's discretion. Entry into associated raffles will be 100,000 inf.
