Intelligence:
MONDO operates a legitimate pest extermination operation, but it appears that this is a front for the true purpose of the company. MONDO appears to be a low-profile mercenary contracting agency, providing services to high-profile clients who need plausible deniability as well as confidentiality. Payments are laundered in the form of pest control services rendered and other means.

Hiring:
MONDO hires "retired" supers who wish to transition to the civilian community. Some of these are genuinely transitioning into the pest control company, but most end up active on MONDO contracts. It breaks employees up into "Investigators" who specialize in espionage, and "Exterminators" who provide the brute force of the organization.
MONDO is actively hiring for both positions.

((Hi! I formed MONDO Pest Control with a few friends because during my search for a RP SG I found many that had compelling stories, and many that were active, but few that were both.
Prior to CoV being released, I ran a successful RP SG on Freedom, and if I can do it successfully there where there's so much anti-RP sentiment, I'm pretty sure I can do it on Virtue as well.
The MONDO story will follow the establishment of the organization, the personalities that form the first group of Exterminators and Inspectors and how they get along, and the growth of the VG.
Most RP will be in-game. I don't mind forum RP, so forum RPers are welcome, but I personally don't participate much in that. However, forums will be used to share ideas about MONDO and individual RP storylines, and brainstorm for future RP sessions.
I am currently designing a web site (http://www.mondopestcontrol.com). As soon as I'm done with it, there'll be something interesting there.
Storytellers are welcome, and MONDO RP storylines will be open, so anyone may advance and guide the story if they feel like it.
Finally, I'm also planning a hero-side SG, but the two won't be directly related.

Pocket D is what it is. If your character doesn't like it, why would they go there?
For a real-life example, while fundamentalist religious zealots might like to see all of the strip clubs closed down, society doesn't do that. That doesn't mean that the fundamentalists go to the strip clubs and complain about them being strip clubs. They just don't go.
