Perfect, just the kind of advice that I'm seeking. The same secondary isn't necessary if there's a combination that will work better together than two of the same.

My friend and I are getting back into City of Heroes. We plan on playing two MM builds when we're both on at the same time. I know the thugs primary compliments teaming with other thugs due to the Enforcers leadership powers, are there secondaries that similarly compliment each other?

I'm hoping there are a couple of simple thug builds that work nicely together.

Okay, I'm new to the game and just had a lvl 21 Kismet: 6% acc drop on my stalker EM/Ninjitsu. Would stealth be the best place to slot this IO? Will it double proc upon zoning into missions? Is this a standout IO for a stalker or should I consider selling it? Thanks for your thoughts and the great guide!
