Ok who died and made you the art god? I got lazy, took the easy road. I apologized and I'm not gonna look at ANYTHING when i draw. If you or anyone else think I'm a fraud now, don't ask me to do artwork for you. As for coming on my thread and saying my artwork sucks and I am disrespecting Artist everywhere......BITE ME. I don't care if I got lazy and used other artsist poses, it's just rude to tell someone thier art is bad. I like my style, thats all that really matters.Art isn't a competition. So you do what you want, and i'll hurry right along and keep bustin out my sloppy crap. Thanks.

Well I geuss I have to prove myself all over again now! Bring on the toons I'll sketch everyone for free and garantee I look at nothing but my pencil.

OK, so rain on my parade. Jim Lee is my idol and considered the best by many, so I'm sure he is aware many use his art to base there own. If you think its easy to use an existing pose and make it a different character, try it. I used the superman because the toon I was doing was supposed to be superman. Where as normaly I just look at similar poses for ideas and proportions. People are getting their toon, I didn't think it really matter if I used a pose from another peice of art. I stand corrected. I have been drawing and painting since i was 4 years old and I don't NEED to use other images, it was just easier and faster and people were happy to be getting their portrait done so fast. If people feel jipped I'll make them a new one from scratch and I apologize. Never meant to step on anyones toes. Until last Tuesday I hadn't drawn or painted anything in about three years and it has just felt great to be at it again. So I'm just gonna keep on keepin on and won't be lookin at anyone elses art work while I draw anymore.

I was told Mr. majestic was basicly superman so ya used that image to base mine off of. I also used a wolverine picture for the Agent Quicksilver I did. Sometimes it's just faster that way. Why? Is that a problem?

Action pose would be cool, and while both would be cool, if ya just want to do one that's fine too, just do which ever strikes yer fancy. to be honest thinkin completed but thought I would start with the sketch work first.

I dint forget anyone. I do random free sketches of all toons submitted. But for finished portraits you need to contact me for more info. Otherwise, keep your eyes peeled.....i MIGHT sketch your toon next.
