I downloaded the driver cleaner it erased everything peroid, my resolution went back to prehistoric 680 whatever I had to go to all my websites and reload all the drivers from scratch. This guide caused nothing but problems.

Norton runs more efficently than AVG or zone alarm....when I installed them on my laptop it was so overloaded and bogged down my internet connection did not work. Go norton and you will not fail.
