So, I finally got two characters to level 50 after a long time playing the game (Curse you, Alt-itis!)
However, I've noticed my Mastermind character being able to do more damage quickly than my brute. I want this to change, but quite frankly, I'm no optimizer. I want an optimized build, but don't know how to go about it, so I come to you, my wonderful wonderful forum-goers. Thanks in advance if you decide to help me with this.
The character in question is Arvan, a brute half-demon that uses Titan Weapons/Willpower. The only caveats I have are that I want Either super jumping or flight among the powers taken, and that the slotting has to be... well, maybe not cheap, but try to avoid tossing a 15 Billion inf build at me, hmm? Finally, I have no idea how to get Hami-Os, so I'd prefer to avoid those as well, but I can look into it if you really think they're necessary.
Beyond that, this is a full respec, so it's complete freedom to you where everything goes and how it happens. No need to worry about the low levels as the character is already level 50, and there has literally been no slotting done as of yet, beyond SOs.
