Can coaltion SG's help out with Base Raids?

Can SG/Coalition SG members enter a base whilst a raid is scheduled (i.e Do members have to be in the base before the scheduled time or can they still join if late?)

Lastly, in a base raid, are SG members their own level, or do they all auto-exemp to the highest member of the opposing party?

Supergroup : Liberty Legion
Addition SG : Liberty Legends (For 50's), Liberty Legion Legacy (For Alts), Liberty Legion Alpha (For new players) and LL Elementals (Special project SG)

No. Of Members : Main SG is full with (mostly) active members so new members now join the Liberty Legion Alpha SG
No.of 50's: 1 in the main SG, plus about 14/15 in the Legends (our 50's sg)..... come on Venty get to 50
Coalition SG's: the 4 SG's mentioned before, plus Order of the Cruciform Swords

Away next Wednesday and Thursday night,,,can do anyother time mind, but since I booked a week off work, thought I'd do more with it then play CoV all week
