Just going to Icon and fiddling with the window won't do it.

The shoulder fur needs to go in the shoulder section- NOT attached to the bolera thing. (Or both) I only wanted the shoulder fur, and I don't want to have to deal with it being attached to a trench coat thing that gives my stalker a stubby tail. And what the hell is up with the stupid stubby tails?! I thought those things got nixed a lonnnnnnng time ago as they were STUPID.

Just reply to one of the purchase receipts in your email, and they will take care of it. They will need the last 4 digits of the credit card and your billing zip code, so go ahead and incude that so they can immediately start looking it up.

Go to your Account Page-

It should tell you if you have unapplied serial codes- one of those codes should be the Magic Booster II pack- just click through the options and it should apply...

Might not be able to see it that well, but it's arcane bolero with witch gloves, roman centurion top, wedding skirt, and thigh-highs.

The issue here is that you have to go to your account page and see if you have any unapplied codes- be advised you will have a few to begin with....so best to check them and see if any of them are the magic pack.
