Frost, as always, damn great guide! I'll always feel that Ice is the most underrated controller/dominator set there is. I'm not sure if you know anything of the */Fire side of Dominators, but I'm planning on an Ice/Fire PvE build. I'm more of a team player, so any insights would be greatly appreciated.
