What he was doing technically falls under Section 6, Subsection D, item 9.
It's split up, so I'll give you the text in sentence form.
"You agree not to use the service to stalk or otherwise harass another member."
What he was doing qualifies as harassment. Especially if I'm reading a few of the chat/kill logs right.

Foolish man. Nothing is harassment in the name of SCIENCE!

All I have to add is this little gem...
"Back off, buddy. I'm a scientist." -
- You fire off what you think is a real witty retort by quoting a song in team chat (e,.g. The answer my friend, is blowing in the wind)... and no one on your team has ever heard that song.
- Even worse, someone on your team recognizes the song because it is their mom's favorite. -

I believe its about time for another update, isn't it Wyll?
[/ QUOTE ]
I do believe you are right.... an update, you say?
Well, summer brings a lot of CoX downtime in our hero household. When the weather gets nice, Sister Flame would much rather be swimming, riding her bike or playing soccer than playing on the computer or being stuck inside. Strange child....
However, Sister Flame has been squeezing in some CoX time. Apart from getting me to check on her arc for comments or running it with her as Brother Frost for the hundredth time, Sister Flame enjoys playing CoX with her younger sister, the sweet five year old Princess S.
One story I have to tell happened last week. Sister Flame asked if she could play CoX on my laptop and I said sure. I waited for her to ask me to play with her, but she didn't. Curious, I kept a watch on her out of the corner of my eye. Right before she was about to login in, Flame's younger sister wandered by and sat down beside her.
Princess S: Can I play?
Sister Flame: Sure. You wanna play an old hero or make a new one?
Princess S: New one.
For the next twenty minutes, I watched Sister Flame guide her younger sibling through all the creator screens. Flame read each piece of text aloud so her little sister could make her own choices. I was very proud of her patience with her little sister. I think I would have gone a little bonkers after the twelfth "What does that say?" question from Princess S. Sister Flame let Princess S chose her own costume pieces and helped her chose the color. There were no fights and Sister Flame didn't try to change any of Princess S choices.
It was cute to watch them attempt to pick a name. The sequence went a little something like this:
Sister Flame: Okay. What name do you want?
Princess S: Rose.
Sister Flame: *slowly types the name in* Taken. Try again.
Princess S: Rosie.
Sister Flame: *more slow typing* Taken. Try again.
Princes S: Lady Rose.
Sister Flame: *types, hits enters and snickers* Taken. Boy, people love the name Rose. Try something different.
Princess S: *thinks for a minute* Rose Lady?
Like I said, this went on for just a few minutes, but it was a hoot to watch and I was very proud that neither of my daughters got frustrated.
Once they had made it past the name hurdle, Sister Flame fixed up her sister's power bar, chose all her vet rewards and temp powers and then turned the laptop over to her. They only played for about fifteen minutes, but it was a great thing to watch. Princess S decided to go swimming in the "big pool" in Atlas Park, so Sister Flame gave her directions on where to go. They ran into some Hellions, but Flame told her sister to just mash the 1-2-3-4 keys until they were defeated.
All in all, it made for another great memory I'll get to cherish thanks to CoX.
Nothing else to really update you all on. Sister Flame is now a robust eight years old with a heart for soccer and sports. She has wore her Sister Flame T-shirt I made her to school quite a few times, but it is starting to wear out. I may have to sit down and make her another one. She is starting to take a serious interest in superheros and spends some of our "daddy daughter" time quizzing me about the X-Men or Hellboy. To help further this interest, I've given her some of my more appropriate comics to read and I let her play with my large box of Heroclix.
Bottom line: she's still into CoX, but she's growing up fast.
Regards
Wyll
P.S. War Witch is still her favorite of all the "makers" (Re: red names) -

Thanks, Tax_E_Girl. Sounds like it is good time to drop a monthly update into this thread.
As many of you have notice, Sister Flame now has her own arc in the MA. She and I spent a lot of time together working on the story and I lost track of how many hours (40ish?) I spent crafting the arc to her specifications. Thank you to all who have played and rated it. Sister Flame didn't expect more than 10 people to play her arc and she was very surprised to see it cross the 100+ rating mark. I read every comment regarding her arc to Sister Flame and yes... we play the arc at least once a week. She gets a kick out of teaming with herself.
After close to four years of playing, My dear daughter has still not lost interest in CoX. We still play about three times a week for an hour, but that time is going to drop as the warm weather comes. Sister Flame may be a serious gamer, but she is also a very outdoor type person and that means less time in front of a keyboard and more time on bikes and monkeybars. She often wonders if the "makers" (re: devs) go outside at all. I told them that they do, but only when the sun does down or else they would turn into dust. She laughed hard at that joke.
I noticed she's been playing blueside a lot more than redside as of late. I know she really likes her Mastermind, but there is just something about hunting Skulls in Perez Park that appeals to her. She's closing in on level 26, but she doesn't appear to be in any hurry to hit 50. In a nutshell, she's content with her toon and doesn't feel the need to go any further just yet. She's also been distracted with her new lowbie that she uses to team up with her younger sister. It is funny to watch both of them street sweep Atlas Park. They way the two of them shout and direct each other, you think they were trading stocks.
I'm glad I have Sister Flame to play CoX with. Everytime a doom cloud floats over the forums, all I have to do is team up with her and look at the game through her eyes:
<ul type="square">[*]She doesn't worry about min/maxing.[*]She could care less what the market was doing. [*]She likes to visit places like Galaxy City, Perez Park and Boomtown on a whim.[*]The MA is just a bigger sandbox for her to play in.[*]Swimming in pools for a half hour, jumping of buildings without fly and smacking down mobs that con grey are all valid forms of entertainment to her.[/list]
That's pretty much it for this month. Apart from her little article in the City Scoop (which she is very proud of) and the trading card I made for her to show her friends, Sister Flame is still the same old girl that we all know and love.
Just a little taller, a little wiser and a little more popular (the last part was her words).
Until next time, keep having fun!
P.S. I haven't really mentioned the whole Going Rogue thing to her yet. I'll wait until we get a bit more details first. I don't know if she would get the concept of switching sides just yet. -
Well, when I was working on Flame's arc, my goals were to make a good story and keep out all the things that annoy me when I play Cox. So, I try to avoid putting large "kill all" maps, one shot Elite Bosses, tons of glowies or a custom critter group that had all the same power. I was pretty happy with the end product and that's what counts about the MA to me.

Has nobody else noticed that Sister Flame has written a piece for the latest City Scoop?
[/ QUOTE ]
Well, to be technical, I wrote her words and thoughts down for her . Hopefully, as she gets older, that will change because I don't know if I could spend another 45 hours working on another MA arc for her.
Okay. You got me. You know I would do it in a second for Sister Flame. -
The arc is published.

I (literally) laughed out loud at this point.
Now THAT is a deadline!

You had to be there to see Sister Flame smiling as she pointed her finger at me as she explained to me how it was going to be:
Wyll: "You're arc should be done soon, honey. Then we can publish it for everyone."
Sister Flame: "Soon? It's gonna be done this Monday. Monday! Monday! Monday!" *finger pointing and smiling* "Or else!"
Wyll: "Well, there's a lot I have to do, honey. Spell checking, pacing, plot holes... it may take a little longer."
Sister Flame: *closes one eye and makes a gun with her fingers, aiming at me* "Monday."
End of discusssion. -
Just a quick update on Sister Flame's MA Arc:
We were shooting for an April 20th release, but Sister Flame wanted to "dress up" the special bosses with her own special taste in costumes. Also, the Disco Trolls group need a bit more work and we're straining the arc limit at 96.4% with one more light mission to go.
Sister Flame, the wonderful child that she is, has told me that the arc is getting published Monday, April 27th or else. So, I am working like a mad man to check all the spelling and all the switches in the arc.
Based upon my experience working under Sister Flame to make her arc, I do foresee a bright future in either Quality Assurance or Team Lead on a game design project for Sister Flame.
Aligator wrestler might also be an option. -

Wyll, please keep us posted on the MA arc, k?
Belated birthday wishes, just checked in to see if there was already a Sister Flame arc to run.
[/ QUOTE ]
No problem on that. I'm just crafting the last mission now. I need to review the text and test run it a few more times before Sister Flame and I publish it. I thought I had some really cool costumes designed for the bosses, but Sister Flame decided they needed a serious make over. The arc shouldn't be much of a challenge to run (Level 1 - 20), but I think it is a great example of how to give you hero a backstory.
Dark_Respite: No worries on the trailer. Sister Flame understands and she's pretty laidback about such things.
In closing, Maybe I'll shoot for a April 20th publish date for Sister Flame's arc. I think we're going to call it "Sibling Rivalry". -
Pretty good thread so far, so I thought I'd toss in my two cents.
My arc starts out under the premise that the contact did you a favor in the Zig and now he is calling in that favor to rescue his daughter from another villain group. I took a few shots at writing the script and either kept coming up the contact never coming out directly with what this favor was, but implying that rescuing his daughter wouldn't be enough to pay it off... but he'd call it square anyways because he is desperate.
If I was going to go with the view of a typical villain, I think I'd fall flat because of the whole "no honor among thieves" approach. Would most villains keep their word? Would I have the contact make threats if they turned down the mission?
In the end, I stopped worrying about the villain's motivation and pressed on with my script. I felt that my arc would be unique enough due to its content and it would give a villain a chance to make up a story about what this favor was, which I think is the true reward of the arc.
Then again, I may be better off writing hero arcs. -

Has sister flame gotten a hold of open beta's mission architect yet?
[/ QUOTE ]
No, she has not. Strangely enough, she's not a beta person. She is quite content to wait for the content to be released to the live servers.
Time for a Sister Flame update. The biggest news would be that she turns eight this week. It is hard to believe that my little girl has been playing CoX for three years now. Best of all, she hasn't lost any interest in it. I am glad she hasn't become hooked on electronic games like her cousins (4 to 5 hours day glued to a screen *ugh*). It looks like two hours a week of CoX is enough to tie Flame over and with spring here, it means I'll be doing outside a lot more doing bike rides and the monkey bars with my little super heroes.
Flame and I have got the plot and missions laid out for her arc for the MA. It looks like I will be working the controls while she guides me to make her mission. We don't have a solid name for it yet, but we might go with either "Sibling Rivalry" or "Pains From The Past". We're still figuring out the 'feel' of the arc.
It looks like Flame has moved beyond swimming in the "pool" in Atlas Park. Since she hit 25, she has been hooked on Ouroboros. She loves the intro arc so much, she wanted me to find some toons I had that hadn't done it so we can do it again. Flame also really likes how the zone looks and gets a kick out of flying to the little islands. We tried a few Flashback missions and what she liked best was being able to choose the arcs that allowed you to rescue people/heroes. So, instead of hanging out in Pocket D and playing hide and seek, we do it in Ouroboros.
I noticed Flame has a tendency to wander back to Atlas Park when she is playing by herself ("herself" meaning Dad is sitting by and watching because he is tired). She tells me she likes beating up Hellions and having people thank her. When I ask mention the fact she isn't earning XP, she just shrugs. "I don't care" she says with a smile. "I like knowing they can't hurt me and they run away from me. That's cuz I am powerful!". Well, I decided she if she wanted to feel powerful, I'd take her to Perez Park.
The end result? When they say "Go. Hunt. Kill Skuls.", Sister Flame does it enough for dozens of heroes. The best is she adds her own, real-life battle cries. Some the best ones are...
"Feel the heat!"
"Fry Skulls fry!"
"Burrnnnnnnnnnnn!"
If only I could harness this energy for good....
If that wasn't enough, Flame is really picking up the pace on her leveling Red Side. Once she figured out you get more pets with your MM as you level, she has been making me run paper missions like a maniac. Sometimes she'll wait for us to get into a big team, but most of the time she is too impatient. Given that she has a 7:30 bedtime, I can see her wanting to get in as much CoX as she can. I don't think it'll be too much longer before Takes Care Of Pets hits level 20.
Sister Flame has some pretty simple thoughts towards the state of the game.
"It's fun." Flame says. "It's always been fun. You get to be a hero or a villain. That is the coolest. Plus, I'm kind of famous here."
An 8 year old with a bit of an ego who can hack into her old man's computer... Yep, I am in trouble.
Apart from CoX, Sister Flame is doing well in real life. She's excelling at school, beat her bully problem (the bully is now one of her friends, but Sister Flame tells me she's keeping a close eye on her.... just in case there is a relapse), minding her manners and enjoying life. She told me to tell you all thanks for playing CoX with her, she hopes you're having fun and that when she has her "Not looking for team" flag on, it means she's not looking for a team.
Until next month's update, keep your chin up and have fun.
Regards
Wyll and Sister Flame
P.S. Oh yeah. Almost forgot. Sister Flame still thinks that out of all the "makers" of the game (re: rednames), War Witch is still the coolest and best of them because she talked to her and sent her a letter. Flame wants me to mention that every time I post and update so War Witch doesn't forget. -

KEEP HER AWAY FROM VIRTUE'S POCKET-D!!!
Otherwise child protective services will be after you.
[/ QUOTE ]
Thankfully, we stick to the more quiet times for Pocket D on freedom, but there was one time we were on Virtue (long story) and Sister Flame wanted to go to Pocket D...
Wyll: "You don't want to go to Pocket D on this server."
Sister Flame: "Why?"
Wyll: "On Virtue, Pocket D is a silly place."
Sister Flame: "Oh... not the good kind of silly?"
Wyll: "Ayep."
Yes... I use Monty Python references to educate my children. Sue me.
And as for the MA, Sister Flame has made it known that she wants to do two missions. One that involves some kind of dance contest and the other involves the player rescuing Sister Flame and Brother Frost in the last mission to take down the Elite Boss... whose secret we cannot reveal here because Sister Flame says that surprises must be kept. All I can say is that Sister Flame has made up a story arc that would put George Lucas to shame.
Nuff said. -
[ QUOTE ]
So I take it that she saw "The Water Horse"?
[/ QUOTE ]
That was the secodn thing that popped into her mind. Flame is pretty quick to draw a parallell to anything she sees in-game to an alternative media type.
She's also convinced that everything she sees outside of CoX is stollen from "the makers" because CoX can do no wrong.
Another quick update:
Ouroboros is a big hit with Sister Flame.
We hit level 25, so I took her to Ouroboros to get her portal. I asked her if she wanted to run some missions and she said "Sure". So, we ran the Pilgrim's mission arc and she thought it ranked right up there with Frostfire.
Things she liked about the arc:
(a) Most of the missions were fairly short and to the point. I think we did the whole arc in a leisurely 30 minutes.
(b) She liked rescuing Lazarus and having him fighting along side us. (Reminded me to introduce her to the Faultline arc)
(c) The idea of Time Travel made her feel like Doctor Who. (Yes, all of my daughters enjoy the new series and they are well versed on the Who Universe).
(d) She also liked the idea she could go back and do some missions she missed via Flashback.
(e) The level scaling took her by surpise, but she liked the idea as well as the challenge that went along with it.
I guess my next goal is to get her within Lusca level range and surprise her with that.
Peace! -
Mayeb I'll get in the mode of posting an update every two to three weeks or so. Like I've said before, I don't know like to take away from the other heavy game related discussion threads (like i14, MA and stuff like that), so I don't bump this thread much myself.
BTW, Sister Flame loves the bear icon and wonders why there are no bears in CoX... especially in the caves. She's pretty sure a bear is more dangerous than CoT. -
[ QUOTE ]
_Wyll_ we need an update of some kind. Been kinda bummed lately and this thread always cheers me up.
[/ QUOTE ]
An update? No problem...
The big update would be that Sister Flame and I have mapped out her plot for her mission in the mission architect. During our little jam sessions, Sister Flame gave her toon a complete background that included an arch enemy with sidekick. I don't want to give away too much right now, but we can give you a taste of the sidekick.
Flame decided that every good villain needs a good sidekick. She came up with a female sidekick named Side Step. Her power? She can see three seconds in the future. How that will translate to the MA... we're working on that, but needless to say, I started putting together a short story based upon what Sister Flame came up with. Being a fresh 8, I'm amazed at the ideas she came up with.
CoX wise, Flame and I pushed our main toons to 25. She has a bit of alt-itis at times, but we buckled down for an hour and pounded out two more levels. The whole reason behind this was so that we could run missions in Croatoa. I casually mentioned that War Witch was there and Sister Flame decided that we needed to go see her ASAP. She was a bit disappointed that War Witch didn't say anything, but she knows that the trainer is just an AI. She also gave me trouble for hitting Sally. I yipped back about her putting the hurt on level 2 Hellions in Atlas Park and she told me that it was not the same.
Flame: "Hellions burn stuff. Skulls break stuff. Sally just swims."
Wyll: "But Sally is a big monster."
Flame: "Yeah, but she was smiling."
Wyll: "Smiling? What?.... She was not!"
Flame: "Did you check?"
Wyll: "Well... no..."
Flame: "Then she was smiling. You don't hit smiling monsters."
There's logic for you.
I do have one funny story about Sister Flame. We were teaming with a PUG and the leader began to make chit chat. He began to ask questions about politics, sports teams and stuff like that. I'm not paying really close attention to it, but suddenly, I see Flame answer a question with a "Yes.". The converstation kept going on with Flame typing in "Why not", "No", "i don't think so" and she had no clue what the leader was asking. The leader had not clue that Flame was just typing random answers. It was like watching someone chat with the old Eliza chat program.
Apart from a bullying problem, which Flame overcame with some help from a few great CoXers, life is pretty much golden for Sister Flame. At her current rate, I figure she'll hit level 50 just before she goes off to college.
Her response? "Cool. That means I can take the laptop with me to play CoX, right?"
Logic... I love it. -

(QR)
So how does Sister Flame handle the fact, that she is not only an internet celebrity, with fans around the world, but someone that will get a team instantly, on any server, just with the name?
As an aside, please tell me you are keeping this thread logged as a gift to Sister Flame when she is old enough to see how much stories of her have made curmudgeons like 37-year old me, see things from a child's point of view again.
[/ QUOTE ]
She's very mature and modest about her fame. She is very proud of her small place in CoX, but she doesn't throw it in other people's face on purpose. She does use it to tease her older sister from time to time when she lacks a proper comeback...
Older Sister: "I'm going to party and you are not."
Sister Flame: "So what. I'm famous on City of Heroes and you're not."
As for getting on a team, Sister Flame has begun to realize her name carries weight in the game. She spent an hour at the Ski Hill last night in Pocket D 3 and had to keep saying "No" to several team requests. That's kind of surprising because she doesn't get a lot of /tells ingame when she is playing on Freedom as Sister Flame. If anything, more people seem to know her Villain... Takes Care Of Pets.
I did make a mention that someone may try to impersonate her in CoX with a similiar name. She just smirked and had the perfect answer.
Sister Flame: "People would know its not me."
Wyl: "Why's that?"
Sister Flame: "I don't know how to type. I can read, but I can't type more than 'cat', 'dog' and 'hi'. Anyone who does type is a fake."
Such wisdom from a 7.75 year old.
I did discover that she is a name dropper. Like with her older sister, Sister Flame has a comeback for me when she is stuck for words. It usually goes something like this...
Wyll: "Well, I guess I'll play CoX all night, but you can't because you have to go to bed."
Sister Flame: "So? I'm a friend of War Witch and you're not. That means I know some of 'the makers' of the game and you don't."
'the makers' is her term for "devs".
As for logging the post, I do keep a file of it that I update every so often. Someday, it will go into her childhood keepsake box along with her other CoX mementos that include:
(1) A CoH CD from the year she started playing.
(2) Some of the CoX Heroclix figures.
(3) A nice print of the CGI Comic Cover that my friend made of Sister Flame.
(4) Her Sister Flame T-Shirt.
(5) The City Scoop Interview of Brother Frost and Sister Flame.
(6) War Witch's special letter and autograph comic (One of Sister Flame's special 'treastures')
(7) Screenshots of her three major toons.
(8) A screenshot of Brother Frost and Sister Flame in action.
(9) A photograph of Sister Flame and I playing CoX together in our computer room.
Nuff said. -
Glad to see people still enjoy this thread. I'm not one to bump it cuz I think there is always more important stuff to talk about (I13) beside a little girl who loves CoX... but for those with a hanker for an update, I do have one.
Sister Flame bounced up to me today and asked when the Ski Hill was going to open. I told her that Positron said the 15th. She was not impressed and asked me if I could e-mail "the makers" (her name for the Devs) and ask them if they could open it earlier for her.
I told her she was cute, but not that cute.
Apart from that, Sister Flame and I along with her freshly five year old sister still play about three times a week. Just an hour or so. Enough time to run a mission or two and get into a "big team".
Her interest in the game has not waved. Strangely enough, Sister Flame didn't have any interest Shields. She seems firmly stuck with playing Blasters, Scrappers or Masterminds. I think at the rate she is going, she'll ding 50 when she graduates from high school... but she's taught me its the journey, not the destination that counts.
Peace and hugs from Sister Flame. We're not hard to find on Freedom. Just look for my global (@Wyll) and Sister Flame isn't too far behind.
P.S. Sister Flame wants to know why War Witch (the best "maker" in CoX), in her opinion is not featured in the website banner. No amount of me explaining could convince Sister Flame that War Witch didn't belong there. What a sweetie. -

Envy me just a bit more. Last night, all my girls really wanted to play with Dad, so for fun, I made a trail account so three of us could play at the same time... even if it is just for a little a while.
When I mentioned to the wife that we only needed her plus 4 more kids for a full PUG, it did not go over well. -

I forgot about them. When the girls get bored, they head to the fights and point to the monkey they think will win. You think you were watching the Kentucky Derby the way they shout at the screen.

Could I also heartily encourage you to use the Mission Creator when it's released to tell us a story about Sister Flame or Takes Care of Pets? I think it'd be a great way for her to learn about stories and writing and who knows, you may find a budding writer there.
[/ QUOTE ]
Being an fanatic hobby writer, I could not agree more. Flame and I have started working on a Sister Flame mission arc for the creator. We work on it in small chunks whenever we have time to kill. First, I got her to tell me how she wants the story to end. Then, we talked about what will go on in the middle and at the start. We're still working on villains and challenges, but I know she wants Clockworks in there at a minimum.
She is still deciding if she wants it to be a "Sister Flame has been kidnapped by Clockworks and you have to rescue her so she'll fight with you" arc or "Sister Flame needs help to find her missing friends.". We've even tossed the idea of a Clockworks Civil War where a rival power has taken control of some of them and is going up against the Clockwork King. I think she's leaning toward the first one because she thinks a lot of people want to play with her (so she says ). She was quite disappointed to learn that "Defeat <<Boss Name>> In Dance Contest" would not be a mission creator option. She's also making noises about having War Witch in her story. She's got a lot of simple ideas that should work well.
As for my oldest daughter, she has a rough plot written out for the mission that she wants me to create for her. Should be interesting to see what happens with that one.
Mission Creator = Bigger Barbie House for my daughters to play in. -
I thought of another thing that CoX is helping my daughters learn: social skills.
Flame and her older sister love to be in teams. The bigger, the better. When they first started accepting random invites, they were sometimes disappointed with what the team was doing. My oldest has learned to politely refuse the invite and makes sure that her LFT messages says "No blind invites.". She always says thank you and listens to the person with the star. She has also learned that if some one of the team is being a goof, they will get kicked quickly or she can tell the team she is leaving because she has something to do.
A white liar in the making.
Sister Flame is not a great speller yet, but she can read very well. When she gets private messages, she reads them and asks me to send a proper reply. She also says "Please and thank you" when joining teams. She's also learned that she gets more invites when she says "Level 21 Fire Blaster looking for some fun" as opposed to "Lvl 21 F blst need a team".
I also got a story about my eldest using her Internet Streetsmarts on CoX twice so far, but that's a little off topic IMHO. I'd rather talk about Sister Flame's responses to I13.
Dad: Hey Flame, I13 is coming out. They're putting all sorts of neat things in.
Flame: Like what?
I attempt to tell Flame about what is going in along with the rants about certain things on the forum. I can see Flame's eyebrow going up as a "Who the heck cares?" look followed by "How old are these people?" look cross her face. I stop my explination.
Dad: They're adding Shields and Day Jobs. You can be a cop, sort of.
Flame: Shields?! COOL! Day job? Like a vet?
Dad: Um... I don't know if they have any vet jobs.
Flame: Well, a vet would be cool because then my villain, Takes Care Of Pets, could be a vet when she isn't shooting people.
At this point, I had to stiffle laughter as I thought about a vet calling it a day at 5 o'clock, pulling on a pair of cat ears and a trenchcoat before going out to rob banks and laying some hurt down on people. -

We have a ToT playdate scheduled for Wednesday night. Monday was Grocery night and Tuesday night is dentist time, so Flame and I have made plans to do some serious Trick or Treating on Wednesday. She hasn't got a costume yet (She's only ToTed a for a short time), btu she really wants a "girl" costume. The Halloween event is a big hit with her. I think she likes taking down the big monsters more than ToTing. I know she wants to do Lusca when she reaches a high enough level.
With the CoX holiday events, we acutally have to plan our CoX time. All my girls love the events very much. With only two accounts to share between Dad and three daughters, I have to be fair. My little one, almost 5, has really gotten into CoX since the summer. Her and Flame can now play together while I have to sit and watch.
This works out well because my eldest has been making noises about playing together. Even those she's 11 and getting to the "I want to do my own thing" stage, she still wants to play with her old man. Being the good father I am, I am levelling up her Elec/Elec blaster so she can "go and see the Romans", as she calls it. I'm also quietly re-speccing her toon so she won't have as much problems with endurance. She's too stubborn to push the EASY button and pick a different powerset.
I'm also using CoX as a math exercise tool for my eldest. She's needs a little reinforcement on some concepts, so I get her to figure out how much XP is needed for the next level and how much the Auction House will take if she sets a price. It's working out okay, but not as well as using CoX to help with reading skills and problem solving.
