The pose and the background seem to say Batman and Gotham to me. In fact, my mind’s cross reference synapses are linking up some old batman covers. What was the artist inspiration in creating this scene? Client requested or artist interpretation? Also what does the sign say, since it’s cut off at the last letters? Just a detail that’s nagging at me, I gotta know.

Since its not my character, he's really pointing at the client, who I'm sure might not want me fiddling with his/her piece. Is the client okay with the changes?

Ahh I see...

How old is your brother?...since you said "little" I presume younger. How long has he been an artist? Did he get started with comic books and use those as a base for his artwork? I see some very promonent artists' styles in his dipictions, so I was curious as to who his influences are.

Oh I just thought the OP might know or be connected to the artist. "GNF"? I was just curious as to the change. Since that detail change slightly altered the tone of the image for me.

In the sketch on the site, you had the horned villain pointing at the viewer or to something in, which was more powerful. Was there any reason why you changed it to the villain pointing down?

You'd be surprise what NCSoft would have problems with. But that seems okie dokie to my eyes.

Meanwhile though you could contact one of the many artist here to have them recreate the icon as a vector so it can be upsized or downsized accordingly. That way its just an artist rendition of the icon.

Umm NCSoft and Cryptic might have a bit of a problem with you putting those on Tshirts, for fun and profit. Those are copyright icons as part of the game. Even if they are in the fansite kit...given to be used specifically on fan sites.

Since they're the same size in the game in a .tga format, not gonna get any bigger than they are.

You'd probably be better of contacting an artist to do some artistic license on the at icons, that way putting it on a t-shirt "might" be acceptable.

I love how the staff has grown from lolly to this ultra magical rod of power. Also I see he went with the ribbons on it. The only thing I'm not sure on is the red power from his hand, since TA is all Elec, but otherwise great piece.

Say darkjedi, you know I hear that there's a certain wife of a certain artist who still does not have any artwork of her characters. I'm sure that wife might like to see a 3D version of her toon. Perhaps you know of someone that could do just that? I'm sure that wife would be thankful for it, and it would be a nice lovely introduction gesture. Not that it would assure a collabo, but at least said wife would have an illustration of her character.

(Monkey makes more trouble...and thereby assuring that any commissioned artwork she requests from Gill, will have ink accidently spilled on it or mustasches draw on all her female toons )
