Hi All

Here goes with "take 2" now that the TF bug has been patched. I'm organising a team to do the first Shadowshard (Dr Quarterfields) Task Force next Friday, 9th March, starting at 8:00pm (UK time). Those who signed up to do it last Friday are most welcome. As with the previous attempt to organise this proved to be very popular, I will organise multiple teams if we have enough takers. This TF is quite a test of endurance, so I've heard, so will possibly have to complete this on Saturday 10th, so please make sure you're available for both just in case! The minimum level to be able to do the TF is 40. Ideally it would be good to have at least one level 40 – 45 hero per team. This TF is against Soldiers of Rularuu and will earn you the Portal Smasher badge.

We need a full team of 8 members to do the TF, so to kick the team roster off we have :

1). Aero - Blaster level 41 (ice/ice/cold) me
2). Sargatanas - Scrapper level 50 (dark/invul)
3). Robo Medic MkIV - Defender level 42 (emp/rad)
4). Blonde Justice - Tanker level 50 (invul/SS)
5). Xtream - Scrapper Level 50 (broadsword/dark)

This is an epically long TF (about 4-9 hours depending on wipeouts) so I'd like to get the team underway ASAP. We'll meet by Dr Quarterfield in Firebase Zulu at 8:00pm prompt.

Everyone on tonight? Re: your comment Acenra - I have a Tech part you can have - great mind and all that - I was thinking of doing the same thing!

Mind you, saying that, don't you need a team of 8 for the last room? If someone drops and can't come back we'd be screwed. Anyway, it was more of a "do a shorter TF" suggestion than that specific trial. Let's see how it goes. After reading Bridger's post I'm pretty sure they'll be beavering away as we speak to fix the bug!

We'll keep it scheduled for now as we have so many on board. I will keep an eye on the situation and update as necessary. There won't be much point starting it on Friday if this isn't sorted as it's such a long TF that we were kind-of expecting to need to roll-over to Saturday, which obviously won't be possible until this bug is fixed. Perhaps we could switch to a shorter TF on the day if there are still issues? Blast-from-the-past Caverns of Transendence anyone?!

I need both and have Karsis as a contact. Anyone can do Abandoned Sewers (above the right level) as far as I know. Sign me up with Aero!!

As this TF is still a week away, if there enough takers for a second team - sign up here and I'll mix and match to make 2(+) balanced teams. So far we have:

Yeh, that would be cool - and a nice subtle way, other than character size/height/sex etc to distinguish between us.

How about if we came up with a specific design that everyone takes as their costume, ie everyone use "x" head "y" chest and "z" pants etc, right down to the last detail, perhaps with a unique something, like head detail 1 for example, plus absolute key features like johnnys fists would be OK, but essentially all wearing exactly the same? Maybe we could do something like a unique 2nd colour for the belt to distinguish between each other, like in the x-men movies where everyone wears the same uniform, but with a different coloured piping? I think it would look awesome for group photos and teaming.
Like you said, I quite like the idea of an anonymous face element. Personally I prefer a mask to a helmet, but it's a team decision in the end!!

That's a pretty sweet costume. I was wondering if, when we get a second slot at lvl 20 we could design a "set uniform" similar (not the costume but the idea) to that which the Super Union SG does. Your costume posted above, for example? I have to say I love the contrast in the colour scheme - maybe we could have these as the SG colours as my main costume is the same as the SGs at the mo!

Sweet! I just need to do a little hunting to get 3 more accolades too - just need Fake Nemesis, Illusionist Decoys and Rikti Monkies for Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member, Archmage and Vanguard accolades. Just need to do Katie Hannons TF too for the Geas of the Kind Ones accolade!

My hero (Aero) also needs the Coldblooded and Weedwhacker badge. I can't do it tonight either, as I'm the one organising the TF!

Sounds good to me! This is the last one I need for the TF Commander badge too - can't wait!
Will be good if we can get enough together for 2 full teams so that we can balance the ATs a bit more, but if we're going to split up for hunts - Scrappers will probably come in pretty handy!

We need a minimum of 4 team members (if there's enough interest I'll organise multiple teams and rebalance them for ATs later) to do the TF but the more the better with the GM at the end, so far we have :

I'm organising a team to do the Manticore Task Force tonight, starting at 8:00pm (UK time). The minimum level to be able to do the TF is 30. Ideally it would be good to have at least one level 30 – 35 hero in the team. This TF is primarily against Crey (lots of PPs) so it will give you an opportunity to work on your Infiltrator badge if you don’t already have it. We also get to beat up a Crey Arch Villian - Hopkins, which should be fun.

We need a minimum of 7 team members to do the TF but the more the better with the AV at the end, so to kick the team roster off we have :
