I can only really help on Storm...

Gale: one slot for accuracy
Freezing Rain: 3 Rch
2/3 end rdx in hurricane, if you run it as a constant toggle
Steamy mist: 2/3 End Rdx & 3 Dmg Res
Thunderclap= no
Lightning storm: 3 dmg + maybe one rch
Hasten: A lot earlier, as it's v useful for storm, and it means you can 3 slot it.

Well, for a start, don't get BOTH TP and Fly.

You really need to put in slots to get some real advice tbh...

mmmm, probably, if you could get enough people to follow the story. I mean there are 1AT SGs, so I don't see why not. To be honest I don't see it getting that big though...

Well, I've a lvl 41 Kin Corruptor, which is great for attracting Granite Brutes, gimme a tell at @chi if you think it would help.

TBH, 3 lvls in 7 days is perfectly doable even on your own missions, depending on how long you can play for.

I stopped RPing around Summer, and the game has lost a certain edge to it, so I want to start up again.

As I'm incredibly tired, and really don't have the time to read every single post in this wonderful thread, I'll just ask this plain and simple. Is it going now in real game, now i7's out? Because if it is, it sounds like great fun, and I'd want to know if I could join it...

With Hurricane 3 slotted for tohit debuff, you're pretty much untouchable tbh...

Use all your AoEs, eg Rain, then run in for the attacks with hurricane going.

TBH, I think this is a bit rushed...

You should definetley put 3 DMG slots in all attacks, and start 3 slotting powers more.

eg: Aim - 3 RCH instead of just 2
Snow Storm - 3 slows


I believe it is always best to get powers to their full potential, instead of trying to do everything a little bit.

You should also do a build up to lv 40.

Yes, very useful... but if you're still fighting Outcasts, will probably be a big end drainer.

Well, I had it long before I had HeroBuilder...

I'm not sure how long the debuff time is, but it's easily enough for you to get in, and get out without being scratched.

As far as I can remember, it took down yellow minions in one shot, but not sure... it has been a while!

There is no knockback on it, just the ToHit Debuff.

[edit:] I did normally use Power Boost (From Power Mastery) With Blackstar, so the damage and debuff was increased. Not sure if the info I have given is including this.. sorry!

Well, I'd say Blackstar is a Nono. Unless you carry a lot of blues, the damage is not really worth the fact that it stops you debuffing. I'd say always run hurricane, that's what makes me a tank.
