Great week's raid Guardian. 14 minutes, and a wonderful turn-out!
Thanks to all your participated, and special thanks to my team leaders (street stalker, Joueles Fern, and Zenn-la).
See you next week folks! -
Is this still accurate for Keyes, UG, and DD? I know BAF/Lam give an Astral vs and Empyrean during the cool down.
Sorry for the old question, but I don't get the opportunity to run the same non-BAF/Lam I-trial repeatedly.
I thought I recalled an older patch notes, but I could have also been wishful thinking.
Thanks for your help. -
A very nice run against Hami tonight. My thanks to everyone who showed up ready to take the fight to Hamidon. Special kudos to our first-timers.
My thanks go to my guild mates and my team leaders (Mind Over Matter, Draco, and street stalker).
See you next week, Guardian! -
Very nice turn-out for Hamidon tonight. It's been a while since we had a 15 minute raid. My thanks to everyone who participated!
Special thanks to my guild mates, and the mito team leaders: street stalker, Raven Dragonwing, and Contr0l Freak.
See you next week for more Jello goodness. -
Hami raid tonight was cancelled due to poor attendance. My sincere apologies to those who came out and were disappointed; but, you also have my sincere gratitude for showing the dedication for this long-standing event.
Hope to see a much better turn-out next week. -
Thanks to everyone who showed up for the Hami raid. It was very smooth, and went off without a hitch once we got formed. Well done!
Special thanks to my SGmates, and the mito team leaders (Significant Other, Frozen Ore, and J. Shots) for stepping up.
Let us know here and in game if you want to have more of these run on Pinnacle. We run a weekly raid on Guardian, and if you've been good little boys & girls, who knows!
Once again, well done Pinnacle! -
Sorry for the tardiness in replying in this thread from Wednesday's (7/11) very nice Hami raid. I thought I had done it already lol.
Anyway, TA is back from the July 4th hiatus. Thanks to everyone who showed up. It means a lot to me to have a great bunch of players come out each week and show the dedication and skill it takes to defeat Hami.
See you Wednesday! -
Sorry to hear that you'll miss the raid, Sinister; but, grats on the anniversary!
Just a reminder - controllers/domi's with HOLDs, a couple of empaths, radiation debuffers, a couple of taunters, and damage (both ranged and melee) are the prefered ATs to bring. Make sure you can fly or have a jet pack, too.
Here's to a full Hive and a thorough beat down of Hami!
p.s.: here is the Guardian server link for the strategy http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=125704 -
Does this Interface power work on EB, AV, GM and Hamidon/mito critters? I recall that there was a bug in beta where it did not, but I cannot find if it had been fixed.
Thanks for your answer. -
Thanks to all who showed up to get their slice of Jello. Oddly enough, someone had already spawned Hami at least 4 hours before the raid time. But in typical Guardian fashion, you did not disappoint and gave it your best! Extra thanks to everyone who came prepared with EoEs - you rock!
/salute
Special thanks to my guild mates and the team leads.
The Twilight Avengers are taking Wednesday 7/4/12 off, to observe America's Independence Day. As such, we will not be leading a raid that day. If others would like to step in, please give Hami a good taunt for me. We will be back in full swing the following Wednesday, 7/11/12, helping to dish up Jello goodness.
Until next time, Guardian. -
Sort of a self-bump; so, sorry for that.
Just a little more than 2 weeks until Hami gets a spanking!
If anyone has a question about what to bring character-wise or just about Hamidon in general, please feel free to send me a PM or in-game email. I will happily discuss the raid format with you.
When in doubt though, controllers/dominators with HOLD powers, empaths, and tanks/brutes with TAUNT are universally acceptable (not that we don't need rocking ranged damage, as well).
Thanks again for your interest. Let's get a full Hive zone! -
Only had about 30 on the league, but Hami went down nonetheless. It took a good amount of time (long DE monster takedown/spawn time for Hami [he was shy], but a win is still a win. Agro control was exceptionally smooth. Thanks to everyone who participated.
Special thanks to my team leaders (Danger Close, Cleo Cat, and Raven Dragonwing) as well as my SGmates.
See you in the Hive next week! -
The Twilight Avengers would like to invite Pinnacle to a heaping helping of Jello - Hamidon flavored - in the Hive!
Empaths, holds, and a few solid taunters are all very useful for a successful raid; but, we'll be needing melee and ranged damage as well.
Looking forward to seeing you there. Start time at 10 pm eastern.
Bring your appetite! -
Very smoothly run raid tonight. I appreciate everyone taking the time out to join us for the Hamidon encounter.
Special thanks to the team leaders for exceptional work!
See you next week. -
14m 20s later, and Hami goes down! Nicely done, Guardian! Thanks for coming out.
Special thanks to street stalker, Timm Burr, and Mind Over Matter for leading the Mito attack teams.
No Error 3007's in CoH.
See you next week, Guardian! -
The Twilight Avengers held an impromptu RWZ raid today. I just wanted to thank everyone who participated in the league action for doing a wonderful job. Most of us netted 1K merits for spanking the Rikti's bottoms.
Well done Guardian! -
Sorry for the late post.
Small sized league this time, so it took a little longer to take down Hami. 17 minutes, but still a very smooth raid.
Thanks to everyone who showed up, and special thanks to my SGmates and the team leaders.
See you next time! -
11 minutes again! Fantastic!
Street stalker, Toxic Asset, and Fire Addict were our league's team leaders and they did a great job. Thanks guys.
Great participation by all there.
See you next week, Guardian! -
11 minutes, and Hami goes down. Smooth like buttah.
Well done, Guardian. Thanks to Celtic Apparition, Fire Addict, and Captain Skyrazor for leading their mito teams.
Thanks to everyone for turning out, and see you next time! -
What a great and smooth raid we had last night! We had a much better turnout than the last couple of weeks. 39 folks were on league allowing for an on-time start, taking down Hamidon in just about 14 minutes. Well done!
Special thanks to my team leaders (Celtic Apparition, Prof Pleasant, and Tenevoy Ogon) for their expertise. Also, thanks to my SGmates [you know why].
See you next Wednesday, Guardian! -
The Weekly Hami raid was cancelled tonight due to not enough participants. 7 minutes after official start time, we had only 23 people on league.
We'll see you next week, Guardian, hopefully with a better turnout. -
We had about 37 on league, and it took a little longer to get everyone assembled and start, and Hami spawned quickly...
but he got smoked nonetheless!
Excellent work from all who participated. Thanks to the team leads (Prof Pleasant, Yukon Stop, and Mind over Matter) for being awesome. Also thanks to my SG mates for being the best.
I was a little concerned over the turnout in the beginning. Were some of the normal attendees out for Spring Break? Hope to see y'all at the next raid.
In any event, thanks for a smooth Hamidon encounter. -
Another day won by the Guardians of Paragon.
I want to convey my sincere respect to everyone who attended tonight's raid. The lag really threw us for a loop, and unfortunately caused us to have an uncontrolled second bloom. However in true Guardian fashion, you stuck it out and defeated all of the mitos despite the difficulty. I deeply appreciate your tenacity and loyalty to your fellow Guardianites.
A special thank-you to the members of the Empire, who despite having a SG meeting planned, still stuck through the double spawn. /salute
Excellent work from my team leaders and guild mates.
Thanks again, and until next time Guardian. -
Well done for a nicely run Hami raid. The time was just over 10 minutes! It was a hard fought battle for Hami's last 8% hit points, as we were a little short on debuffs and -regen. But, a win is a win.
Turn out could have beeen a little bit better, but a lot of people were probably enjoying the new Issue 22 experience.
Thanks to the team leaders and my guild mates for helping, and thanks to everyone who attended.
Enjoy the fruits of victory. Until next time, Guardian. -
Thanks to everyone for attending the raid. Despite the challenge of two blooms up at once, you proved you have what it takes to defeat the evil Jello. Good job.
Special thanks to the community leaders/organizers, the raid team leaders, and to my SGmates.
Looking forward to next time, Pinnacle.
